The food here is very delicious. Lots of choices on the menu. If you are a fan of Cajun cuisine you will really like this place. I had the Patio 44 redfish and it was great. Also the catfish and grits are really good. I will try to get something different every time I come. The chicken and waffles are big so my kids were able to share it.

I absolutely loved this place. Went during a not so busy Friday. The service was great and attention the place was clean and service was fast . The food was amazing and the drinks were good. They have a really good menu option. The drinks aren’t very strong . And a bit pricey but overall would definitely eat here again

The restaurant had plenty of empty tables when we arrived but it took at least fifteen minutes before my group were sat, compared to other parties that arrived after us. The restaurant itself was nice, especially the bar and patio seating.

I loved EVERYTHING about this place. I was skeptical at first, but my food was DELICIOUS and flavorful, my server was serving his arse off (which we compensated generously), and the atmosphere was just what I needed.

By far the best meal we ate during our visit to Biloxi and surrounding areas. If you go, sit on the bar side — ambience is way better. Something to note — the menu prices have changed from what you see online. $$$ but worth it. We go the sweet hot pecan chicken and mashed potatoes and blackened catfish on grits. Great cocktails, too.

WONDERFUL!! My daughter and I went for Mother’s Day @ 1:45pm. We had a reservation, but honestly, we didn’t need one. This place is amazing. Loads of food, wonderful staff, and the price was extremely reasonable. Love this place. Worth the drive. Will be back.

OH MY GOD!!! This place is Amazing…My Husband and I were in Biloxi for a mini vacation and I saw so many great reviews for Patio 44 we had to try it!!! They did not disappoint us at all!!! The Food was Great, it was Hot and Delicious!! Our Waiter Brandon Thorpe was so Nice, Very Efficient and his customer service was Immaculate!!! Brandon thanks for making our visit so Pleasant!!! We will definitely be back!! My Husband had the BBQ Salmon and Spinach and I had the Sweet Hot Pecan Chicken and Mashed Potatoes!!! Both meals were soooooo Good!!!
