My partner and I ordered Chicken Korma, the lamb burger, and chicken 65. All of which we were pleased with and found amazing.
The chicken korma was a type of curry new to me, which seemed to be made primarily with Lentil or Chickpeas. It was seasoned, and not oily. Just flavored perfectly! Highly recommend.
The lamb burger was delicious, neatly prepared. A nice mayo sauce and chutney allowed for a unique taste. The lamb burger itself was fresh and seasoned with a desi twist.
The chicken 65 was saucy, not too oily, and filled with flavor. Very different from other Indian restaurants in the area but reminded me of something I would make or eat at home! Loved it.
The owner was very inviting and friendly! He made sure we were taken care of while eating! Very kind person.
Just an add on: One of the cooks was one of the most lovely aunties ever, she was so kind to me and my partner!
Definitely will be back and recommend!
Now that I’m home and trying the food. I have Zero complaints other than wishing the curry was spicier but that’s fine. The food is delicious! And they took note of removing onions from one orders. I got the yucca fries, butter chicken medium spice, two samosas and the channa masala with samosas. The chicken is high quality and in nice slices. Everything is wonderful and I’m mad at myself for not coming here sooner. We live practically across the street!
I definitely want to come back and sit at their little bar for a beer or two with my yucca fries!
One more thing to note. Some Indian restaurants are super oily and heavy. This wasn’t. It felt a lot healthier without lost flavor or anything. It’s perfect. Thank you!
Note: the mango iced cream is incredible and homemade!!! If you like mango Lassie, you’ll love it. You have to try it!
This place It’s definitely my favorite Indian food!
Thank you
They served food on PAPER plates – that too not the good quality ones so the paper from the plates sticks to the food making it uneatable.
The prices are very high for a restaurant serving mediocre food on paper plates with a few small fans for ventilation.
The butter chicken was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, with perfectly tender chicken pieces. The naan was fresh, soft, and the perfect complement to the butter chicken’s sauce. The corn masala was a pleasant surprise, offering a great balance of sweetness and spice, making for a unique and delicious vegetarian dish.
For appetizers, we had chicken 65, which was crispy, well-seasoned, and had just the right amount of heat—an absolute must-try. To end our meal on a sweet note, the gulab jamun was warm, soft, and perfectly soaked in syrup, while the handmade kulfi was creamy, authentic, and a fantastic way to finish off our meal.
Beyond the food, the ambience at Pattaka Indian Cuisine was warm and inviting, and the service was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to return to try more dishes! Highly recommended for anyone craving great Indian food in Beaverton.
