We have ordered from Pastry and More on several occasions. We have always been thrilled with their quality products, service and consistency. Today was no exception! We were driving around the Coeur d’Alene Hayden area to different bakeries trying out a few different products for a bridal shower. Pastry and More won hands down. We had the most delicious Petit Fours which were beautifully decorated, moist, delicate and flavor second to none. We also tried their Orange Rolls…Indescribable I would say. Flaky, Tender, Melt in your mouth morsels from heaven bursting with citrus orange flavor.. Kate who helped us with our order was “over the top”. She was cheerful, so knowledgeable, Professional and willing to take the time to help us make the right choices for this special event. If I owned a business, I would want Kate to work for me. Thank you Kate & Pastry and More for a great day!

Stopped in for a quick sugar pickup while traveling and glad we did! Service was spectacular and the treats were tasty! What more could you ask for? We asked for recommendations and got several excellent choices. The artwork on some of the other cakes was really neat to see too!

We were super excited to try their goodies. Walked in. It was freezing physically and we were not greeted – cold that way too. ☕When we asked a question, got a chilly, curt response. Was kind of a weird experience. The other lady behind the counter was a bit reticent but kind. So, ONLY because of her we ended up ordering some pastries and they were indeed good. The cake examples in the shop look amazing and unique. From many of the other reviews we may try them again. Wanted it to be a great experience. We will give them another chance. Will update if/when… customer service matters.

The coolest cake I have ever seen, decorations were so amazing and I was blown away! I still am in awe of how perfectly they delivered on the artistic concept we wanted. Unfortunately the cake was so dry and almost stale tasting that I couldn’t finish my slice. We have had delicious cakes in the past so I am a repeat customer but it’s difficult to have invested in the cake and then be unable to eat it. My daughter was looking forward to a delicious chocolate cake and was disappointed on her birthday and I am sad I feel like I got art instead of cake.

I always see the amazing goodies in my Facebook feed but seem to miss out. I stopped by today and got a few items to try and share with my coworkers. I got the orange roll, bear claw, marionberry pastry, monkey bread, and huckleberry crisp bar. Each item was tasty and delightful. I was also excited to see the number of crocheted items in the store and looking forward to going back for the adorable pumpkin coasters and hen coasters. Loved the vibe!
