Social Profile:

Inspired by the farms, vineyards and waters of the Pacific Northwest, we at Pastini are dedicated to serving up two of life’s greatest pleasures… pasta and wine. We love how a steaming bowl of pasta warms your hands as well as your spirits. We love the sound a cork makes when it nudges away from the bottle. Using responsibly sourced ingredients, we craft craveable dishes with a local sensibility that is true to our roots. Our thoughtfully curated wine list celebrates both stellar Northwest wineries, and small family-owned vineyards in Italy. With every meal, we aim to bring our guests together to share made-from-scratch meals that are seasoned with laughter and great wine.

For reference I ordered the Spaghetti with the spicy crumbled sausage. I thought it was pretty good. The sauce is more on the oily side if you like that type of tomato sauce and you love spice this is your dish. Personally it wasn’t spicy it had more of a slight kick which I enjoyed with the crunch from the mushrooms. The sauce was great with the house bread they give you oil and balsamic instead of butter which was a nice surprise definitely different in a good way. You don’t even need to use either if you order this dish just soak your bread in the sauce and it’s fabulous you really get a taste of the spices. The bell peppers did add a slight crunch just not similar to the mushrooms there was a few peppers on the softer side although I didn’t mind.

I also ordered the tiramisu which was absolutely delicious! It was rich but not overpowering. It wasn’t dry either. It was a light airy that I believe every cake should have. The flavors all worked together there wasn’t anyone overpowering the other. Overall a fantastic dessert.

Service could use some improvements but overall I have no complaints my waitress was sweet and doing her best.

As for atmosphere I generally have no complaints but I think to add to the ambiance of the restaurant; a bit dimmer lighting to set the mood. Make it a date night restaurant or a special occasion place where people go to dress up and eat high quality food.

All in all I enjoyed my food and this restaurant has so much great potential to be a local hit!

Our 2nd time eating at this restaurant and it was delicious. If you love great pasta dishes then you’ve found the right place. We had chicken Alfredo, spaghetti carbonara, and the spicy shrimp con gamberitti. Full of flavor They had a nice $5 add on salad as well to any entrée. The cocktails were great! Our server was great! Definitely coming back!

Pastini is in the Old Mill District right on the Dechuttes River. We stopped in for a late dinner.
While waiting for a table I notices the Cocktail for a Cause sign on the hostess stand, I thought that was awesome. More places should do things like that.
We were seated and our server Teah came over promptly and took our drink orders, and gave us some time to look at the menu.
I ended up getting one of the Hot Honey Peach Margaritas and let me tell you, it was the best Margarita I have ever had. The flavors went so well together, such an amazing flavor profile. This drink 11/10. If your thinking about it – try it. It is not spicy for those worried about the hot Honey.
We ordered the parmesan bread, the fried mozerella & a caprese salad to start. All were delicious. The parmesan bread is the perfect amount of soft and fluffy and crispy, I think it was made on some type of ciabatta roll. We also ordered the fried mozerella, which was similar to mozzarella sticks but more if a slice of mozzarella breaded and deep fried and served over mozzarella. And I am a huge fan of caprese salad so I ordered a small side. The caprese comes with both Roma and sundried tomatoes, absolute best sun dried tomatoes i have ever tasted.
For our main course we had the spaghetti carbonara & the linguine pesto pollo. The Carbonaras flavor profile was amazing, the bacon was just the right flavor to tie it all together. The linguine was delicious, chicken cooked and seasoned to perfection. The whole dish came Toger nicely.
We would definitely come back – as we had a rough time in choosing which entree to get!

Good food and great service. 20 minute wait to get a table on Friday night was quite reasonable. Busy, so was a bit loud.

The food here is just okay. My leek and mushroom pasta dish was good, but I also got butternut squash and bread pudding for dessert. The butternut squash comes bathing in an inch of oil that it was baked in… not sure why they wouldn’t drain the oil before presentation. The apple caramel bread pudding also was just not a good recipe. It was not warmed up (which they said was a mistake) and largely flavorless. The gelato on top was divine and if I were to go again I’d just order a scoop of the gelato for dessert.

Very good food. Reasonable prices. Glad we stumbled across this restaurant during our trip. We actually added it as a Favorite on maps! It’s a “upgrade” of Olive garden. Very good service.

Had a great dinner here with my wife, we both enjoyed our meals immensely. The butter tomato gravy on the 3 cheese ravioli was amazing, I had to order a 2nd set of garlic bread to mop up. She had the linguine shrimp scampi, with a fantastic strawberry balsamic soda that is not to be missed. Neither of us had any left overs, yet didn’t feel over stuffed. Perfect portions!

As far as the noise, there was a pre concert warming up and music playing and perfect.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately the experience was pretty bad across the board.
The food was mediocre. Not terrible, but absolutely not worth the price. Everything tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. The flavors were bland, the presentation was careless, and nothing about the meal stood out in a good way. I’ve had better food at places that cost half as much.
The service somehow managed to be worse. Our server, Taylor, was inattentive and clearly annoyed to be there. We waited forever just to order, had to flag someone down for basic things like water and silverware, and no one checked on us once the food finally arrived. When the bill came, it felt like we were being rushed out despite the fact that we’d been waiting most of the night.
Overall the whole place just felt disorganized and uninterested in providing a good experience. For the money we spent, I expected a lot more. Won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

We recently ate at Pastini’s for the first time and absolutely loved it. The pasta was amazing, the prices were more than reasonable (honestly I would’ve been fine paying more than we did for the quality of food), and the service was flawless. Our server, Carissa, was super friendly and efficient. Don’t think we could’ve asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back next time we are in Bend.

Thanks Pastini’s!
