Inspired by the farms, vineyards and waters of the Pacific Northwest, we at Pastini are dedicated to serving up two of life’s greatest pleasures… pasta and wine. We love how a steaming bowl of pasta warms your hands as well as your spirits. We love the sound a cork makes when it nudges away from the bottle. Using responsibly sourced ingredients, we craft craveable dishes with a local sensibility that is true to our roots. Our thoughtfully curated wine list celebrates both stellar Northwest wineries, and small family-owned vineyards in Italy. With every meal, we aim to bring our guests together to share made-from-scratch meals that are seasoned with laughter and great wine.
Local Italian bistro chain specializing in classic & contemporary pastas, with gluten-free options.

I also ordered the tiramisu which was absolutely delicious! It was rich but not overpowering. It wasn’t dry either. It was a light airy that I believe every cake should have. The flavors all worked together there wasn’t anyone overpowering the other. Overall a fantastic dessert.
Service could use some improvements but overall I have no complaints my waitress was sweet and doing her best.
As for atmosphere I generally have no complaints but I think to add to the ambiance of the restaurant; a bit dimmer lighting to set the mood. Make it a date night restaurant or a special occasion place where people go to dress up and eat high quality food.
All in all I enjoyed my food and this restaurant has so much great potential to be a local hit!
While waiting for a table I notices the Cocktail for a Cause sign on the hostess stand, I thought that was awesome. More places should do things like that.
We were seated and our server Teah came over promptly and took our drink orders, and gave us some time to look at the menu.
I ended up getting one of the Hot Honey Peach Margaritas and let me tell you, it was the best Margarita I have ever had. The flavors went so well together, such an amazing flavor profile. This drink 11/10. If your thinking about it – try it. It is not spicy for those worried about the hot Honey.
We ordered the parmesan bread, the fried mozerella & a caprese salad to start. All were delicious. The parmesan bread is the perfect amount of soft and fluffy and crispy, I think it was made on some type of ciabatta roll. We also ordered the fried mozerella, which was similar to mozzarella sticks but more if a slice of mozzarella breaded and deep fried and served over mozzarella. And I am a huge fan of caprese salad so I ordered a small side. The caprese comes with both Roma and sundried tomatoes, absolute best sun dried tomatoes i have ever tasted.
For our main course we had the spaghetti carbonara & the linguine pesto pollo. The Carbonaras flavor profile was amazing, the bacon was just the right flavor to tie it all together. The linguine was delicious, chicken cooked and seasoned to perfection. The whole dish came Toger nicely.
We would definitely come back – as we had a rough time in choosing which entree to get!
As far as the noise, there was a pre concert warming up and music playing and perfect.
The food was mediocre. Not terrible, but absolutely not worth the price. Everything tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. The flavors were bland, the presentation was careless, and nothing about the meal stood out in a good way. I’ve had better food at places that cost half as much.
The service somehow managed to be worse. Our server, Taylor, was inattentive and clearly annoyed to be there. We waited forever just to order, had to flag someone down for basic things like water and silverware, and no one checked on us once the food finally arrived. When the bill came, it felt like we were being rushed out despite the fact that we’d been waiting most of the night.
Overall the whole place just felt disorganized and uninterested in providing a good experience. For the money we spent, I expected a lot more. Won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
Thanks Pastini’s!
