Social Profile:

Inspired by the farms, vineyards and waters of the Pacific Northwest, we at Pastini are dedicated to serving up two of life’s greatest pleasures… pasta and wine. We love how a steaming bowl of pasta warms your hands as well as your spirits. We love the sound a cork makes when it nudges away from the bottle. Using responsibly sourced ingredients, we craft craveable dishes with a local sensibility that is true to our roots. Our thoughtfully curated wine list celebrates both stellar Northwest wineries, and small family-owned vineyards in Italy. With every meal, we aim to bring our guests together to share made-from-scratch meals that are seasoned with laughter and great wine.

Local Italian bistro chain specializing in classic & contemporary pastas, with gluten-free options.

Food was very good almost better than other budget friendly options. Wait staff had food fast and checked in but were not intrusive. Seating was fast and atmosphere comfortable with music not so loud it interfered with conversation. Also wheelchair accessible with single user unisex bathrooms that are clean.

It’s a pretty straightforward concept. Great pasta dishes with a decent selection in terms of a menu. The cocktails are yummy and the service is consistently good. My only gripe was when I got my pasta, the food itself was delicious and piping hot but they brought us bread that was cold like out of the fridge. Would definely come back and try something new.

We hadn’t been to Pastini in years because of a bad experience, but we decided to try it again today. Everything from the mocktails to the ceasar salad to the fettuccine alfredo was delicious! I’m picky about alfredo, and this was perfect. I added shrimp on, and they were plump and succulent, cooked nicely. The lunch specials made it very reasonable, and our server was great, very attentive (didn’t catch his name though).

Good food, and vegetarian options. I had their salad and Ravioli With Tomato-Butter Sauce. We also started w artichoke dip and bread, so I was kind of full by the time my ravioli came. I took it home and had it the next day, and it was still really good . Service was good, and my water glass was always filled back up.

SERVICE DOG – They let us in with my service dog. As per our request they gave us a booth so she could be out of the foot traffic under the table. The staff was very friendly and respectful of our dog. The service was great and the food came out fast. The food was very pleasing to our taste buds. Loved the fennel sausage in the baked ziti. The cream sauce was spot on with a full depth flavor of the tomato. The carbonara sauce was very good as well. Their MEATBALLS made us feel like we were on Mulberry Street in NYC. Tasted like authentic Italian American meatballs made with beef and pork. Great marinara with the balls.

First time eating here, and last. I feel so sick after eating. I ordered their Bolognese Rigatoni and it came entirely cold and dry without sauce. Manager noticed I wasn’t eating I asked her for a side of sauce because it’s dry, she brought me their bolognese sauce. I’m not even exaggerating, it tasted like a combination of canned Manwich with wet cat food. (Yes I l’ve had cat food, my sisters and I would play Fear Factor as kids). Haha. Disgusting, and they do not specialize in Italian Pasta. By far I rather go to Olive Garden, 1,000 times better, and the fact that my stomach hurts and I feel sick after, makes me question the quality.

Food is consistently good, always get a good meal! I love their baked ziti and Parmesan bread. Unfortunately the service has been lacking the last couple times I’ve went. They did not check on us once while eating, and they only refilled our waters after we asked for the check. Tried flagging down our server, and we were ignored. I just wish we had better service, other than that, the food is great!

I normally like Pastini but after having been to this place twice, the service is lacking (maybe staffing) and the pasta has been over cooked. Definitely nowhere near “al dente”

Great flavor, atmosphere and ingredients. Let down only by a small selection and slightly above average pricing.

I’d give this a 4.5 rating if it was possible, as the food and ingredients used made for some delicious combos. The menu however is just a little too small to wholeheartedly recommend to all, given the prices here match any high end Italian restaurants you could pick instead.

Update: I’ve since came several times and they’ve expanded their menu and prices while retaining the atmosphere and service. They now have earned 5 stars from me. After 3 years of not being here I’m glad to see they’ve stuck around and have kept improving. Our server Savannah was a joy and even though they retired their sandwiches she was very sweet and provide many suggestions for us which in the end we greatly enjoyed (though I’ll still miss the sandwiches)

We have had great experiences at this location. The gluten free pasta options are great and this is our go to family pasta night out because of this. Definitely recommend for kids and food allergies. The ambience is nice and not too loud.
