Brandy is wonderful. Everything she did was magic! Our food was quickly made, beautifully displayed, and perfect!
The Sea Watch Country Crispy Super Surfer Clam Strips and Halibut were the best I’ve ever had. Only my mother in laws, from scratch, can come close. Don’t tell her I said that…lol!

Stopped by Pastime Tavern in Castle Rock, and I’ve got to say, it’s a great spot! The vibe is super welcoming, and it feels like everyone knows each other. It’s not just a place to grab a drink or a bite, it’s where people come to hang out, catch up, and just enjoy good company. I had a beer and a burger, and both were awesome. The bartenders were super friendly, always smiling, and made sure I had everything I needed. You can tell they really care about making everyone feel at home. Definitely a place I’ll be stopping by again.

Great drinks reasonably priced. Salads are great as well. The cooks really care about thier food and approach customer base.drinks can be strong but i like mine that ways so be aware. Pull tab availability for entertainment and have scheduled nights for darts,pool,and karaoke alongside with football. A great local hang out. The people maay be stand offish at first but after a drink and a game of pool you are adopted weather you like or not this place is great.

The waitress made the visit great. She was very personable and efficient. The halibut fish and chips were nice and crisp without any greasy breading. Their draft system was down, so the gal brought us cans and bottles to choose from. She was very patient with our choices.

This place use to be the best thing in Castle Rock on the weekends. I haven’t been there in a grip and my boyfriend and I went there Friday night to grab some food and drinks. WOW. I don’t know what happened to the Pastime but it took a complete 180. I ordered tachos “smothered” in nacho cheese like it says on the menu and it was awful. No nacho sauce and they were barely warm! Everyone I loved doesn’t work there anymore. The environment is so so so sad now. They even took out the pool table. I’m not sure if it’s under new management but it looks like someone drove all the wonderful employees AND business out the door. On a side note though, the bartenders were super nice but I won’t be going back there anytime soon. It’s not the same Pastime I once knew and LOVED. Definitely lost a long time costumer.
