We bake 6 varieties of homemade pasties . Every recipe from scratch, even the dough. Pasties are sold half/baked to finish at home or hot to eat at lunchtime. We have volume discounts,we provide fundraising opportunities, and we ship frozen pasties via UPS. We’ve been baking for over 25 years and we never add ANYTHING but the ingredients . No fillers, ,no by products, no fake flavorings or dyes and no preservatives. 7-8 ingredients that you can pronounce and recognize.

On a weekend getaway to Grand Rapids, my brother and I wanted an authentic ‘up-north’ pasty. A quick google search guided us to this charming establishment. We learned from the delightful staff member that the pasty’s were more ‘take-and-bake,’ but she was EXCEEDINGLY accommodating in selling us 2 pasty’s that were fully cooked and ready to go. A fun young lady keeping up the great tradition, great food and great service. We took our pasty’s to a local park and enjoyed them thoroughly. Fully appreciate the experience, and the Pasty’s were great!
I might suggest if you’re looking for a pasty ready to eat, you may call ahead and make sure some will be available. If I lived up here, I would love the take-and-bake option though.

The business was open today. The man who waited on us was extremly helpful in explaining all of the options. Bonus for me, the man working was wearing a mask, and we were as well. We were lucky enough to have a Pastie that was fresh from the oven, and we also took a bag full home. We shared the Original Pastie, and the crust was flaky, the filling was flavorful, and the side of gravy was delicious.

The pasty I ate today exceeded every expectation from past experiences. Not only was it delicious but the appearance, flavor, texture and size were above and beyond. Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL food! I must also mention incredible service, spotlessly clean shop and a homemade product priced well below what I anticipated. 30 more years please!

i am working in grand rapids for a little bit and when I finally made time to make a trip to this store I wasn’t disappointed. nobody I know in middle of Wisconsin knows what pastor’s are so this weekend I took a pile to a gathering of my friends. and the one ones who know the meal said they are damn yummy. and my girlfriend who never had one . only ever heard me of pasties. ate the whole thing. i never heard of putting sauerkraut in one and I love trying new things and I never found a way I like kraut yet. but holy cow. I made some brown gravy sauce and topped it .. I just like gravy with mine. and I will now say I know one way I like kraut. I can’t wait to go get some more. and the lady in the store is very friendly and willing to tell u bout the Pastie.

These pasties are the BEST! The shop was a little hard to find but it is WORTH looking for their small sign and stopping in!!! Make sure to get the gravy also. Delicious!! We will definitely stock up next time we are through Grand Rapids!

Best pasties on the range. One can order half baked or fully baked pasties for an enjoy later or enjoy now situation. 5 to 6 different pastie selections including the classics. A side of gravy is only 50 cents. Don’t delay; they sell out fast.
