Second time trying this place. The first time, everything was really good but when I went to pick up my order no one was in the front and waited for a couple minutes for anyone to come out. The second time, the carne asada was pretty burnt but the flavors were still there. Would have enjoyed it more if it wasn’t burnt. I’ll give them another try.

Most foods are prepared as they would be in Maracaibo, Venezuela. The empanadas and arepas are excellent in all flavors. Service can be a tad slow depending on the number of guests. Prices are reasonable.

We had the empanadas. Tasty, flavorful meat in a delightfully thin crust. These are packed full too. At $2 each it was a great price. We will definitely return for more.

The food is honestly excellent, but the service is terrible. I came to buy a hamburger and asked the cashier what was in it, and he told me the menu was right there and asked if I couldn’t read. I’ll come back because I honestly love the food here, but the service needs to improve.

Super excited to have such a delicious place to eat so close to home and it has a colmadito too! I had a papita , a beef and a chicken pastelitos and a beef empanada all were super good and was provided with outstanding customer service! Will be back to try other items in the menu soon!!

I live in PV and really want to like this place, but my first time stopping by was actually pretty disappointing.
Me and my wife wanted to try several flavors of the empanadas, but upon ordering at the counter, I was told they didn’t have any of the potato and cheese, and only had three shredded beef and a single chicken empanada left, which were all sitting at the pass in a food warmer. If it had been minutes before closing, I could have understood, but this was hours before closing (about 7:30pm on a Sunday). I’m really not sure why they couldn’t have simply made more and also don’t understand why they’re not just made fresh per order to begin with, which is absolutely what I was expecting.
To top it off, the empanadas that we did get had clearly sat in the window for a long time. They were super dry, hard to get down, and just didn’t taste that good. We opted to not finish the few empanadas that we got.
I will give this place one more chance at some point and will update this review if it’s better, which I really hope it is, but for now I will not be going back regularly.

Food was great! We ordered the Chicken, Meat and potato/Cheese empanadas and ham and cheese pastelito. As per customer service negative zero! I told the guy it was my first time there and wanted his suggestion he simply just said ok and turned back around to his phone but definitely try their food!

Friendly staff, no fresh ice tea, the place was clean. I did not like the sandwich I ordered. Nothing special about it. Chicken in mayo and ketchup on an overly deep fried bun.
