What a wonderful find. We are visiting from Phoenix for the first time and stumbled across this quaint Italian restaurant and it was amazing! The staff was friendly and attentive, we were always being taken care of.

I am genuinely very confused by the spectacular reviews on both Google and Yelp. We came in on a Sunday night and ordered calamari, linguine, and pasta Diablo. None of which met expectations. Food was very bland and there was an overwhelming amount of noodles-to-sauce ratio. My husband asked for balsamic vinegar to go with the bread service and olive oil. Both the olive oil and balsamic vinegar were poor quality. We were also made known that they were running low on garlic and had to charge if we asked for more for the olive oil (bruh….an Italian restaurant running out of garlic? Blasphemy!). Service was very quick and rushed. They didn’t anticipate a Sunday night being so busy. We did everything we could to amp up the flavors by requesting garlic, lemon, and marinara but it couldn’t be helped. The portions are certainly Italian but we’ve been to much better restaurants. If you’re reading this, visit Bistro Don Giovanni first and compare. It is night and day. The only highlight to our meal was our parmesan and black pepper grinder lady who was so sweet and laid them on thick on the food that desperately needed saving. On top of that, we find out that none of the noodles were made in-house from a previous review? Not worth your money.

I was blown away! The food was absolutely amazing – fresh and homemade, with bold and delicious flavors that left me wanting more. I had the Margherita pizza, Bolognese pasta, and rock shrimp salad, all of which were fantastic. My kids loved the pasta and pizza.

Absolutely stunning food. My wife had the spinach and cheese ravioli in a lemon cream sauce, which was fantastic. I had the veal piccata, which may have been the best thing I’ve eaten in my life! I was torn between wanting to stuff it into my face like a starving dog, or savor it so it would last a little longer. The wait staff was warm and attentive, and their Bailey’s cheesecake was perfection on a plate.

We were here about five years ago and we enjoyed it so we brought out family back and we were not disappointed. This popular restaurant is in an old house on a quiet street. Parking is on the street but parking was easy. We had pasta with salmon, pasta with seafood and the fried calamari. As expected there is also a great wine list. Everything was delicious. The Tiramisu was also yummy. My son’s partner is Italian and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent food quality and service.

Pasta Prego wasn’t much to look at from the outside, but inside, the vibe, the smell, the smiles; you know you will be in for a good experience. Between the three of us we had soups, salads, an appetizer, and three different entrees. Everything was excellent! Top notch service and quality of ingredients.

The outside is pretty deceiving. The inside is actually quite big. I like the way the restaurant used drapes to give the interior a little bit of an elegant look to the restaurant. There’s this big floral centerpiece that you’ll see once you enter the restaurant. There are these small tables on one side. A little too close for comfort if other people sit next to you considering we are still going through this pandemic of ours. Our server/ waitress Tassey was very helpful. My husband loved his dish… Capellini Pomodoro. My spaghetti bolognese was huge and yummy. My husband and I agreed that we would come back and try some more of their dishes sometime soon.
