Very authentic Italian place in taste and smell of the garlic olive oil aromatics, perfect for pastas and ravioli dishes, very fresh and Italian ingredients , had a delicious ravioli stuffed with prawns and scallops, and had a good the chef special pasta, portions are quite small but tasty

I do not normally write reviews but after my experience here I just had to warn others. I went for dinner at Pasta Plus with my partner a short time ago. Initially all was good, as we were offered drinks and we then asked for bread with dipping oil. This was standard but did the job. We also had brought our own bottle of wine.
There were 4 occupied tables including ours however we were the last to sit. After a wait of an hour and ten minutes, the food that we ordered finally arrived. The wait time was so long that we contemplated getting up and leaving. The presentation was very poor as both plates had water slushing around the bottom. My Carbonara was supposed to be creamy but instead was just basically minced up mushrooms mixed with water and the wrong style of pasta. My partner was also very disappointed with her plate.
We both refrain from ever doing this but we had to call the chef over and explain our concerns. He was pleasant enough but what shocked me is how he then admitted to “not quite having the right supplies” and that he was “tired”. I am baffled as to how you could admit this to the customer yet present such poor quality food and expect a full payment.
It was a very disappointing experience and knocked our Friday evening off. The guy charged us £27 for the bread, wine charge and drinks which I didn’t completely oppose to, however thinking back, the right thing to do maybe would have been to apologise and write the bill off.
We will not be returning and would like to warn others of the let down you may receive when visiting here. Just shows that sometimes helping out and trying small businesses isn’t always as wholesome as it sounds.

Very friendly place, food was made from scratch and to order so it was very fresh. The menu isn’t too complicated but there are specials on offer.
There is also a small shop area to buy products.
Although it isn’t very big it doesn’t take away from the authentic experience and I would recommend anyone to visit.

Very small place but it looks authentical Italian inside. Just like many would also look like in their homecountry.
The place is at is already suggests literally all about pasta as well as some starters.
The prices are very fair with about 8 pounds for a reasonable quantity and the food tastes good.
Friendly and chatty owner too which is always a plus.

Came here with my boyfriend and can vouch it was a 10/10. A homely feel with the tastiest food! Ravioli was unreal. A must visit if in Aberdeen!

I shopped at the Italian delicatessen part of the restaurant. It was well stocked with cheeses and deli meats. I got mozzarella, burrata, guanciale, pepperoni, Mutti sauce and a few cannoli for desert of course. Perfect if you have an Ooni pizza oven and want to buy level-up toppings for your pizza

I visited this little gem when I was working in Aberdeen. Without doubt the best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been in. My wife, girls and mother came to visit me for a weekend and we had a fantastic Saturday night eating perfect food and drinking lovely red wine. Staff were amazing too. Definitely 10/10

We go to Pasta Plus every chance we get and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh and tastes great. The atmosphere is lovely, the family run feel makes it feel like you’re in their home. The price is exceptionally good too!
