The last few times I have passed through town on business, I have seen this pasta place. This time i decided to give it a try.
My initial impression was small and quaint, cozy.
I ordered the sampler with lasagna, spaghetti, and alfredo; which I opted to exchange, for a dollar upcharge, the alfredo for manicotti.
The portions were nice and ample. The tenderness of the pastas themselves was perfect for me. The cheeses used were flavorful.
The marinara sauce, was a bit sweet, and it was used with all three dishes. As a result, I felt that each “dish” tasted very similarly to the other. For me a slightly different sauce is used atop/with each dish affording a different flavor.
Pricing for the meal was very reasonable!
Service was very kind and efficient.
Would I return? Yes, based upon the response by the owner.

Pasta J’s Bryant is the perfect place for Italian food. Daniel and Jackie provide an excellent Customer Service. This past Saturday they allowed us to decorate for a 50th Birthday celebration. We had a great time and enjoyed their Italian food and music. We do highly recommend this restaurant for all your events. They also do catering. It is just a great Italian restaurant in town.

Oh my goodness! I’ve stopped here before but didn’t do a review. I brought my wife here this time and she enjoyed it as much as I did, so I had to do the review. First off, I was greeted with a smile and they were happy that I chose to eat with them. The first time I ate here it was 15 minutes until closing and they were still happy to serve me and feed me. The food was excellent, even at the end of the day. It was fresh and delicious . To me, that was impressive and refreshing to experience. This time I stopped by during the day and the service and food was the same, “excellent.” My wife and I enjoyed the spaghetti and meatballs with meat sauce lunch specials. It came with a delicious fresh salad and garlic bread. The price was great and more food than expected. If you are looking for a quiet, easy to get in and out without crazy long lines, then this is your new place. Bring a friend or bring a date it’s perfect for you and you won’t be disappointed in the food! The owner is super friendly and very caring. He’s running a small business with a big heart ❤️. Looking forward to visiting this place again real soon! Thank you !

We had stopped going to PJ’s in Bryant (it just wasn’t the quality it once was)…BUT we decided to give it a try again recently (we heard there was a new owner). Oh my gosh! It was so good. Super hot, fresh, and didn’t taste cheaply made as it once did. I had garlic chicken. The portion size was big (for me), so I reheated my leftover pasta a couple days later. It was even better. The gentleman at the window was so nice!! My husband had Herb tomato and a salad. He said the pasta was very tasty and the salad was crisp, covered nicely with lemon garlic dressing. Go if you haven’t. Really good.

I ordered off the lunch menu and very happy I did so. Lunch portion was a good amount of food. I ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce with a side, Caesar salad. Ceasar salad or house salad comes with the lunch specials.
Portions were great for the price. I posted a picture of my receipt. Basically for a couple bucks more than a value meal at a fast food restaurant you get to sit or order pasta made from scratch with all fresh ingredients. The sauce is a sweet red sauce and I enjoyed it. The flavors worked well for the spaghetti. Noodles cooked perfectly and not sticky whatsoever. Ceasar salad passed the test and stood it’s ground. Tasty and refreshing.
Owner, Daniel, was super friendly and was waiting at the counter as I entered. The entire time I ate he paid attention to incoming orders for delivery and customers walking in the front door. I was offered to-go boxes and bags with a to-go beverage.
Atmosphere is cozy and peaceful. Good amount of space and this would be a perfect spot for any of you looking to do a business lunch. Plenty of room to move tables together and the ability to have a private like side room.
I definitely recommend giving this location a try and enjoying the local spot.

I ordered an order of garlic chicken for takeout. I paid $12. The pasta was cooked perfectly, but the chicken resembled and tasted like canned chicken breast. The overall flavor of the food wasn’t bad, it just seemed as if it was butter, and garlic powder with canned chicken and noodles. Wasn’t impressed a slight bit.

Fantastic lunch atmosphere! I love the house salad and will continue coming back just for it. My lasagna was nice hot and the perfect taste portion. And to finish it off I got the godiva cake wich is so good I could eat a whole pie! All the staff is very sweet and gives you that hometown feel. I will definitely return!
