It all sucked! Pictures online were misleading. Ordered the lasagna. It was pre cooked and reheated up. Waitress told me it’s “fresh” but they warm it up and put “fresh” cheese and sauce on it. Totally misleading pictures and very poor quality. It’s the McDonald’s for Italian food

Placed an order for takeout. Ordered Shrimp Alfredo and Cheese Tortellini. Shrimp Alfredo was very salty and shrimp was overcooked/burned. We weren’t given any napkins or utensils either. Cheese Tortellini tasted fine. Wasn’t the best we have gotten from Pasta J’s. If you can, I would order from the Bryant location instead of Benton. The service and food at the Benton Pasta Jack’s hasalways been phenomenal.
Edit: we hadn’t tried the Tiramisu at the time of this review so it wasn’t mentioned. I have to say, it was PHENOMENAL…best Tiramisu I’ve had in several years.

No Alfredo sauce told them it wasn’t in the bag they came out told me check in the box, I open the box, check the box none in the box. I mean they were acting like I was lying. I’ve paid for several extra Alfredo sauces and got home to find that it wasn’t there and never complained. They made me check my ticket to make sure I paid for it. I’m glad Jennifer was nice about it. I heard the people giving her a hard time and making her run around unnecessary to triple check the sauce was paid for and not in the bag nor in the box. Ordered two orders of Chicken Alfredo and one Chicken Parm and the food was inedible. I have never tossed $50 in the trash this fast. My kids love pasta and refused to eat the Alfredo. The chicken in it was overcooked and dry and the sauce tasted spoiled. The chicken parm looked like someone threw up burnt cheese on top of a bed of pasta….GROSS. I have always loved this place but now, I’ll never go back
