A “virtual” Italian Specialty Market in Auburn AL. We make fresh pasta in several flavors (egg, spinach, red beet, squid ink, whole wheat) cut into linguine, fettuccine, or pappardelle. We also offer Bucatini, Rigatoni, Spaghetti, Orecchiette, and Fusilli. We also make homemade Italian sauces, lasagnas, salads, desserts, and other prepared items. We offer a selection of imported Italian retail products such as EVOOs, Balsamic Vinegars, Caputo flours, San Marzano Tomatoes, and more. We offer delivery Friday & Saturday each week from 4-6pm (Auburn/Opelika AL area) and local pickup at Town Creek Park at 5pm Monday-Thursday.

Such a culinary blessing to have this delicious Italian gourmet food service, right here in Auburn AL! All the homemade pasta entrees and sauces I have served for dinner have been huge hits with my family. I am treating them to restaurant quality meals at a fraction of the cost, and because fresh pasta cooks in 1 to 2 minutes, I can make a fantastic meal in under 5 minutes! They even offer crisp Cesar salad,with Romaine much fresher than I find at the grocery stores. And breads. We all crave the hard to find cheeses and small batch olive oil as well, which also make great gifts. Every one that tastes their offerings loves them. And delivery is free in Auburn.

What a culinary delight! My daughter’s graduation dinner was amazing- chicken and spinach lasagna, perfect Caesar salad and THE most fabulous authentic focaccia breads. Also fresh gluten free pasta with awesome marinara sauce for a gluten- free friend. All of this delivered right to our front door! Our friends were still raving about it this morning and we are all excited about a new “foodie” adventure! PS- and a block of fresh parmesan!!

This is one of the best “hidden gems” that I have found since moving to Auburn. The pasta is excellent and is matched by the service. Delivery is timely and the proprietor is communicative and very helpful. I had questions about ingredients, as a guest had significant dietary allergies, and they went through everything to make sure nothing could cause a problem. It was truly above and beyond. My family still talks about the focaccia. Very deserving of 5 stars.

Everything I’ve had has been absolutely incredible! The linguine, chicken ravioli, Alfredo sauce, and tiramisu are to die for. You can taste and see the quality these guys put into everything they make. I especially love the fact that they let you know approximately what time your order will be delivered and it’s always packaged so nicely. We will order again! My family of 6 had the bread (AMAZING), chicken lasagne, the traditional lasagne, a lb of linguini, a lb of meat sauce, two salads, and 2 tiramisu. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Everything is so good from here and it’s delivered to your door. It’s all homemade, including the pasta. I love the ravioli, the focaccia and the tiramisu and all of the sauces are delicious. I would definitely recommend trying them out.

Kevin makes excellent food, is easy to work with, and gives great customer service. We had dinner for 10 dropped off Friday night before the UMASS game at my daughter’s off-campus apartment. Saturday after the game it took an hour to heat up and voila we had a delicious three-course dinner in the comfort of our home (daughter’s apartment) and didn’t have to fight the crowds. So delicious and reasonably priced. Will definitely do this again. Thank you, Kevin!
