just wow. walked in and was instantly greeted by such a friendly guy (not sure if it was the owner or just a staff member) I mentioned it was my first time trying the place (he threw in some free cookies for me!!) and trust me… it will not be the last. I usually never leave reviews on google but this place was just amazing. As a college student a couple hours away from home the food was just like a warm hug and the kindness of the staff made me feel welcome and cared for. Pasta Buckets will definitely now be my go – to restaurant if i’m ever craving some real, genuine made food but made quick! This place was way too empty for the service, quality and, portion size!! THIS PLACE SHOULD HAVE A LINE OUT THE DOOR!!

When my wife and I went searching for a caterer for our wedding we came upon Pasta Buckets as an option that served the type of fare we were hoping for. Once we sat down with the owner, Brandon, for our taste testing, we learned that this place was more than just an ‘option’ – It was the easiest decision of our wedding.
The food is fantastic. It really seems like Brandon has a lot of passion for what he puts on a plate, or if you’re at the restaurant, in a bucket.
Not only was the food exceptional.. working with Brandon from start to finish was wonderful. He made the process of catering a wedding easy and something we never had to worry about.
On the day of the event, Brandon and his family showed up and went above and beyond to make sure that our event felt very special. They were the only vendor where we never had to answer any questions or do anything to interrupt our day. They know exactly what they were doing and they do it VERY WELL.
If you are looking for great food, customer service, and experience, all while supporting a local small business, pick Pasta Buckets!

Buckets of pasta!!!
The portions are large and the foot was pretty good. We purchased the small spaghetti with meat sauce, Caesar salad, and received garlic bread.
My daughter and I are the spaghetti and Caesar salad and the photo shows our leftovers. I also only hate 1/2 of my garlic bread.
My husband ate all of his personal sized buffalo Mac and cheese and said it was pretty good.
It is a bit basic but that means it will appeal to most people. I would for sure come again and try more options.

I finally got around to visiting this new place, and it did not disappoint! Pasta Buckets is a small but inviting take out place, and they are doing it the right way! They have a private dining room for events, and they do catering, but they do not have a dine in seating area, so plan to bring the food home. I had the single size penne with the house blush sauce(house red/house alfredo), with a Caesar salad and garlic bread. I added grilled chicken and 1 meatball. It was a ton of food! The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the house blush sauce was well balanced. The meatball was juicy and flavorful. The chicken was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. The salad was so fresh and crisp and came with an excellent but mild Caesar dressing. The garlic bread has a great level of crunch to it. The entire experience was great. Ordering is smooth and easy with the kiosks they have. The owner, Brandon, came out to greet me with a smile and see if I had any questions about the menu. They also have different size meals for families of all sizes and their prices are very reasonable. It’s definitely a must try!

Gluten free options!!!! Really good food!! Reasonable prices! More than just spaghetti ! The meatballs are a meal in itself! Everything was sooo good! We even had leftovers! We pay more at fast food restaurants and get way less food. Our meal came with cookies, salad, cheese bread and meatballs! All for $27. amazing!! My husband sautéed up mushrooms and peppers to add to his, I liked mine exactly how it came. They are located in the old famous Dave’s on the target side of the cross roads mall. Worth a try!!!!!

Highly recommend Pasta Buckets. The food is fresh and amazing; so good. Working with Brandon had also been a pleasure; we tried it for our family one night and returned days later for take out to feed a 30 member hockey team. They worked well with us and suggested the right portions. Love it. Go visit!!

The food at Pasta Buckets is WAY better than I would have imagined. The garlic cheese bread I had was crazy good. I have asked them several times to provide food for our company monthly company luncheons and it has always been very well received! I don’t love red sauce, but theirs is the best red sauce I’ve had from a restaurant in MN. Highly recommend the meatballs as well.

When picking up the food I found out from the owner it is their first official day open for business, which was impressive with how seamless the order and pickup process went and how good the food was.
I ordered the medium family meal with a Caesar salad, Alfredo and Chicken. It was all excellent. Caesar salad was fresh and crisp. The chicken was juicy, tender, and well seasoned. It will be enough to feed my family of 3 twice. The only thing I’d change next time is to go with a pound of chicken instead of the half I ordered, as half was right for the 3 of us for one meal, but not enough for what will be leftovers. We didn’t sit down to eat for about 30 minutes after we picked it up and it was still plenty warm.
We will be back to try some more of the menu for sure and it’s always nice to support the limited selection of non-chain restaurants in the St. Cloud area.

My friends and I had never been here before so we were unsure. We were greeted right away and shown how to use the order kiosk. Everything is homemade. My friends had the buffalo chicken mac and cheese and I had the chicken broccoli Alfredo. We all loved our food and had leftovers!
