This place is absolutely THE BEST for a Pasta extravaganza! Pasta, is FRESH to your exact taste, and ingredients! They even have a traditional Mac n cheese for kid-friendly preferences ❤️ They also have Italian Sodas, to your taste “configuration!” ✨ The STAR was Stephanie! She has an extraordinary, and engaging, personality and it was fun to watch her preparing our selections!

Me and my wife have been waiting for this place to open and it was totally worth the wait. Today was the grand opening and we were the 3rd customers to come in. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. We both ordered the boss size, loaded them up with our favorite toppings (there are TONS of toppings to choose from) and we could hardy finish them they were so filling. Our son got the trainee size and it was the perfect amount for him. The food was amazing and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend checking this place out.

I can not hype this place up enough! I have literally been all times of the day; first thing when they opened, mid-afternoon and right before closing. All of the ingredients were super fresh! The cut leafy veggies were fresh and crisp. (Not withered and brown like some places that cut them way in advance.) You build your own pasta dish (pasta, sauce(s), toppings, and seasonings) and pay one price, no matter the amount of toppings or extras. They have over 30 toppings to choose from including meats, cheeses, veggies, and more, even Cheez-Its and Hot Cheetos.
If they can close the lid, it’s a go! My pasta was loaded to the top. They had to squish it down to make it close. They are very, very generous with the portions. The first time I got the The Boss size and I literally got 3 meals out of it. The next time I got The Supervisor size and got 2 meals out of it.
If you aren’t sure what to get, they have some Boss Favs selections you can choose from or customize. Every bowl comes with a piece of fresh garlic toast.
Thier pasta is made fresh in house every day. Their meatballs are amazing and I’m not even a fan of meatballs. The staff is super friendly, welcoming and patient. I highly recommend them! They have something for everyone.

I can say, the photos I have do not do them justice! (It wouldn’t let me add them) I got too excited and dug right in and didn’t take the photo until later. I love this place! I like a specific pasta and they give me every option without extra cost, if you want something fresh they are willing to make it for you. The sauces are house made and amazing. The sizes are reasonably priced, their sauces are mixable and they offer to mix for you before other toppings. The owner is almost always in house and the cake!!!! Omg it is unbelievable. I ordered the pineapple cake and it is delicious ! Not too much and not too little. Beautiful flavor and I’m not a cake person. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I am proud to support a local business that treats us like family. Will always be coming back.
(They are “fast food”, don’t be mean cause you expect this perfect pasta place. They have things you can add salt and pepper to. But for what they provide it’s great in my opinion. I always wanted a build a pasta and they did exactly that.)

Pasta Boss is Subway-style fast food, but for pasta, with a more personal and local feel.
You pick and choose whatever you want and they make it right in front of you. What a great idea.

People have commented it’s the Italian version of Chipotle or Mod Pizza. Hmmmmm, maybe in slight concept. I’ve eaten at both and they seem to under deliver and over promise. I would contend that Pasta Boss is an early startup prototype in the making. Like the very first McDonald’s before franchising.
Every pasta is made in house and every sauce is made from scratch. It’s Mod Pizza without the attitude, it’s Chipotle with more generosity and the best part is real Italian pasta made from scratch that doesn’t break the bank.
THIS IS NOT A CHAIN!!! This is a brand new startup where the people have a ton of passion. Even the owner’s mom works there and she is a professional Baker making my favorite pineapple cake which I will be trying on Friday and then again on Sunday. LOL.
Bottom line is PASTA BOSS under promises and OVER DELIVERS! They beat every single expectation I had for a loaded loaded loaded freshly made angel hair pasta with homemade sauces for only $14.50. I ordered the Boss which is extra large. I will order the $11.25 version next time. What a great addition to Salem and Keizer.

I cannot express how much I love this place. The food has always been great when I’ve went. They cater to allergies and don’t seem bothered when you mention them. Alfredo is my favorite, the portions are perfect and unlike most places, the toppings are free! The staff is also usually nice. 10/10 would recommend!

The service was super friendly, they were happy to answer questions and be patient with me as I figured out what I wanted. The food was delish, they’re base level of toppings is a good handful, so if like me you want a little less, speak up, they are not joking with the cheese and I can only handle so much. I even got a pineapple cake in a box!

Yes I already dug into it before the review for obvious reasons. Aside from that they had awesome food, great service, and really a great bang for the buck. Its filling and the choose your own toppings thing really makes you feel almost at home!! Definitely would recommend and it’s quick and easy!
