We love the atmosphere at Pasta Barn. We were seated, ordered and went straight to the salad bar. The salad bar was fresh and flavorful! We ordered the Penna alla Vodka which was perfect! We also ordered the Cheeseburger Mac. Both entrees were served in a cast iron skillet for extra flavor and great presentation! The breadsticks were very fresh and tasty! We like the convenience of the Coke machine and refills! The service is always pleasant and welcoming! We honestly can’t say enough good things about the Pasta Barn.

We almost didn’t come here because of the reviews. I’m so glad we came! First, we came for a late lunch, arriving around 130pm. They close at 2pm and reopen for dinner at 5pm. That’s always risky, but here, the service was unrushed and fantastic. Second, we ordered the lunch special. The salad bar was CLEAN (the whole place was clean, including the bathroom), and there were plenty of fresh options. The pasta was al dente and the sauces were delicious. I had the beef stroganoff. The sauce was the perfect stroganoff consistency. My husband had the pesto sauce. There was no skimping on the basil and garlic here! I’ll get it the next time we are in Seward. The bread stick was soft and pillowy with tasty garlic butter melted on top, but not too much that my fingers became greasy. Third, the portion size was perfect for lunch, not too little, not too much. We took a risk and were rewarded with a delicious lunch in an above average clean restaurant in downtown Seward with absolutely delicious pastas and fresh, crispy salads.

Stopped here as we were passing through on a Saturday. They seated us right away. Hostess/waitress was very kind, and took us through the menu before taking our order. The place itself was cozy and appropriately decorated for a small town Italian joint. The restaurant and the bathrooms were super clean. Highly recommend this little restaurant. We will stop again if in town!

I had the all you could eat pasta and salad bar. I went because I wanted soup and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. I had the penne pasta with beef stroganoff, and another serving with pesto pasta. It was delicious! The salad bar was fresh. The soup was perfect. Just what I wanted because I wasn’t feeling that good and the quality food hit the spot. I had a glass of the Pinot noir wine which paired perfectly.
This was one of the best meals I’ve had in Seward this week. I was in town from California to attend a funeral.

Amazing process! Lighting is perfect for anyone with light sensitivity issues. Music is at a perfect level! Pasta was perfectly done and service was incredible. Will definitely be back
