Pasta Avest is an adorable spot where you’ll feel like family as soon as you walk in the door! One of our favorite parts about the menu was the ability to customize your own pasta dish from a variety of pastas, sauces, and proteins. I wish more places did this! I also thought it was unique that Pasta Avest offers New Haven, Neapolitan, and Sicilian style pizzas. You don’t typically see a place offer all three, and it’s nice that to have a selection to choose from! The pesto cream sauce is out of this world, and so is their house made focaccia bread. I could eat both all day long! If you’re coming in for a quick bite, you can grab a slice at the counter, or one of their prepped meals or salads. Don’t miss the bread pudding or warm chocolate chip cookies for dessert!

Avest Pizzeria is not only the best pizzeria in Guilford, but it’s up there with the big boys in New Haven! And who knew a pizza place could have some of the best gooey chocolate cookies I’ve ever had in my life! If you like to eat food, then Avest Pizzeria needs to be on the top of your list of places to visit! The new owners are absolutely rocking it!

My husband and I have tried many pizzas along the CT shoreline and Pasta Avest’s is our favorite! Perfectly cooked crust, excellent sauce, and not overly greasy. The panini we had was also great with very fresh tasting ingredients! Online ordering was easy and our order was ready at the time specified. We will definitely be back!

Sicilian used to be great. Now its a dough ball with hardly any sauce. It’s essentially dough with cheese. You think they would notice that the 2 middle slices go and the rest sits there. Regular pizza is decent. Miss the Sicilian. New owners I believe. Fix this please. Less thick , more sauce

We had my daughters basketball team end of season pizza party at Pasta Avest and it was perfect. They were so easy to work with, the food was great and it was very reasonable. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a place with a private space for an event.

A friend recommeded Pasta Avest and it was a great choice. Lunch can get crowded so show up early. I had “The Bomb” on a roll which was loaded with Prosciutto cheese and great. Also had a small canolli which should not be missed. Large “by the pound” salad bar and much more. Very much worth the visit.

First time here… Not a place to sit and eat, more of a take out kind of place. There were people sitting and eating besides us, but I don’t recommend it. The music very loud and inappropriate for dining in. Pizza very delicious. No liquor or wine served here.
