Pasta And is truly an exceptional Italian dining experience, and we cannot speak highly enough of the remarkable team that makes this restaurant shine. From the moment my wife and I walk through the doors, we are treated with the utmost professionalism, warmth, and genuine respect. The staff operates at the highest level and consistently makes us feel welcomed, valued, and celebrated.
The culinary experience is nothing short of outstanding. The chef demonstrates true mastery—every dish we’ve enjoyed has been executed to perfection. We’ve celebrated special moments here, including Valentine’s Day and our anniversary, and each visit feels just as memorable and meaningful as the last. The atmosphere is refined, elegant, and inviting—a truly fine dining setting in every sense.
Special recognition must be given to Alex, who is without question one of the best bartenders around, and to Nikolai, an exceptional sommelier. Nikolai’s knowledge of wine is extraordinary; he carefully selects the perfect bottles for us and takes the time to explain the heritage and character behind each one, which elevates the entire dining experience.
While the restaurant may be on the higher end, it is absolutely worth every penny. The level of care, attention, and passion shown by the entire team makes you feel genuinely loved and cherished. We’ve been loyal patrons for over two years now, and Pasta And has truly become our restaurant.

From the outside, you would never imagine that stepping into this mall leads you straight into an exceptional, truly authentic Italian dining experience. Every single detail is outstanding. This is not Italian-American food — this is 100% real Italian cuisine, executed at the highest level.
The pasta is freshly handmade, the flavors are incredible, and each dish is prepared with precision and passion. The Italian wine selection is superb, perfectly curated to match the quality of the food.
The service is just as impressive as the kitchen. The servers are attentive, professional, and constantly making sure every detail is perfect without ever being intrusive. The manager is extremely friendly and genuinely cares about your experience.

Don’t let the strip mall location deter you! An amazing, cozy & charming restaurant serving dishes from Northern Italy. Service was impeccable with all staff ensuring every aspect of your meal was flawless while being gracious and with a smile. Dishes contain all homemade ingredients and were filled with flavor and the perfect serving size (with the exception of the salad which should be larger for the price – even more lettuce would help).
There is both inside & outside seating with the outside being camouflage nicely from the parking area.

The daily special appetizer, Pumpkin flan, was great. The entrees were by far the best we’ve ever enjoyed. The Tiramisu was the best we’ve enjoyed. We will definitely be back.

We have watched the evolution of this restaurant over the last 18 years. We have been there many, many times and I have decided to write a review now because I believe it is the best restaurant in South Florida. It is family owned and run. The atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated but the family touch makes you feel welcome and part of the family. The quality and presentation of the dishes are equal to the top restaurants around the world. The wine selection is amazing, some you can’t find in South Florida. They have a beautiful private room for any special occasion.

This restaurant is amazing ! Reservations are recommended. Ask for the daily dish. I tried the daily dish of risotto with prosciutto and asparagus it was amazing. As an appetizer I had the Burrata which was very fresh. My brother had the ravioli trufatta, which was not overwhelming, the truffles were so fresh and even had a woody finishing taste, fantastic! I asked the server for a wine pairing and he suggested the Nebiollo a very smooth red wine which is unusual. Everything is very authentic, made in house with Italian exported ingredients. Would definitely recommend it for a date night or a special occasion.

Pasta And is an absolute gem! From the moment we sat down, our server Giuliano made us feel so welcome, he wasn’t just kind and attentive, but also shared about the region of Italy that inspires their menu (we even learned they love gamey meats there!).
We started with the beef carpaccio – so rich and flavorful. The bread was unbelievably fresh, and don’t even get me started on the olive oil… I was tempted to drink it straight from the dish! For mains, I tried the Elk Linguini special and wow!!!Having elk for the first time was an experience I’ll never forget. I’ll be dreaming about it days later! My husband ordered the Wild Boar Pappardelle, and the aroma alone was heavenly. Every bite was bursting with flavor.
We wrapped up the night with a creamy, generous portion of tiramisu and the most divine espresso martini. Everything was perfect, and Giuliano went above and beyond to make our anniversary so special. We’re already planning our next date night here next month.

My husband got an old fashioned style drink, I don’t remember the actual name, I don’t normally like an old fashioned but kept taking a sip of his drink. This is hands down my favorite Italian restaurant. First time our attorneys treated and I fell in love. I’ve gone with friends and family since and I look forward to going back for my birthday this week. Everything I have tried thus far has been amazing. You can’t go wrong with this place if you truly love authentic Italian cuisine. Plus the service and the owners are the nicest people. No matter where you are, make the trek to this hidden gem. It is to die for. Let me put it this way… the ambiance, service, food and wine were so delicious I completely forgot to take picture until the dessert. Lol

I had such an amazing experience at Pasta And. From the start, the dishes were outstanding — the polenta with speck was comforting and full of flavor, the carpaccio with black truffle was refined and delicate, and the porcini ravioli was simply perfection. The wine selection and cocktails were excellent, and finishing with an amaro was the perfect touch. Gianmarco, the owner, is incredible — he truly takes care of his guests like no one else. If there’s one place I would recommend, it’s definitely this one. A true Italian gem!
