Pizza is tasty. Ordering online with a coupon is iffy. Sometimes the coupons have the promo code, but some don’t. If you are trying to make it easier on the ordering end, fix that.

We ordered the Big Ben as a “birthday pizza”. We requested it well done and to be cut into 8 slices rather than 16 so it was more like a real New York pizza. They were happy to oblige! I ordered a delivery and the girl that answered the phone was real accommodating and said she’d make the pizza just like I described to her. I wanted a thin pizza but not like a cracker type but a New York Style pizza and she said she could make the crust that way. Just wanted to give her a shout out for excellent customer service and she did a great job making the pizza.

I have been a weekly [sometimes twice a week] customer for years, but regrettably I’ll no longer order from this location, and probably any Passport location. The ingredients and flavor are excellent, and their pricing is fair.
However, I bet there have been 12-15 times that I get the wrong order and/or they don’t even have a record of my order when I show up. This has happened with increased frequency over the last 3 months, and it just isn’t worth it.
I reached out to corporate to see if maybe there is an issue they are working on, or some other explanation, but I never heard back.
If you get what you asked for – you should be satisfied. Good Luck!

I’m shocked to see all these negative experiences. We’re frequent on ordering and have never had a bad meal. Actually in comparison to other chain pizza companies they’re by far better with quality & quantities of items. Keep up the good work Passport of New Haven

I really liked the big ben, I got regular pepperoni and spicy pepperoni. The bbq wings were also really good. James was really nice on the phone and Larry was really nice when he delivered it. Also when I do pickup orders, Its really a great parking situation, you can just pull right up.

They have the Best round pizza. Sauce has great flavor. Get a coupon, get a large pizza with mushroom & onion(2 topping) u have 2 meals for $18 or so. The staff is friendly, and they work hard. To me it’s Better than Jets(my opinion). 2nd post

This place was amazing. I placed an order online and I thought I clicked the square option on one of the pizzas. Then get to passport and the manager made me one for free of charge. Great place and great pizza. Highly recommended coming here
