Fair prices, good service, decent place. First time there and I asked what they’re known for and was recommended the sausage and cheese sandwich. It wasn’t good at all. Given the ratings I’m sure they have other good food. The sausage sandwich is like a flat piece of sausage, and is edible, but that’s about it.

I dunno man, this is not the Pass Key sandwich I remember. The kid who served was great. But I don’t remember the sandwich being like this. It was okay. The pasta was okay. The fried mushrooms were okay. It’s not nearly as good as I remember, enough to be the Pueblo standard that it is.

The staff here are so nice. The food is very fair priced. I really enjoyed the ravioli for a starter. Almost every sandwich I have tried here is really good. I would suggest getting double meat because it is worth it and so good.

A nice little local chain restaurant. Interesting history to it. The service was good and the food was also pretty good. Not sure that I’d make it a regular stop, but I’d go again if it was convenient.

The Passkey was so hyped to me before moving to Pueblo 5 years ago. I’ve eaten at three locations and have yet to be impressed. My lunch was OK at best. The onion rings (an up charge, were burnt to a darkbrown. The mustard way overpowered the flavor of the sausage patty.

Moved back to Pueblo after many years. We came into the Pass Key and It was SO GOOD. It took me right back to when I was young and our family would go to the one on Abriendo. I will be back , again and again and again. Best sausage sandwich I have ever had.

Usually very good and no complaints .. this last time I went though I couldn’t say the same ! Messed up my order (passkey special w provolone and grilled onions) when I got there charged me for a half super w no onions .. spent twenty min trying to explain to worker luke what I wanted and they literally couldn’t get that I wanted the special and not the super ..didn’t remake the sandwich they just added grilled onions to an already cooked cold sandwich and then fired another half very quick and gave me two half’s of the sandwich. Onions were still very crunchy like they didn’t even get grilled. So a lot of stuff I was sad about and didn’t even eat the whole thing it just wasn’t good.
