The staff and atmosphere are fine, it’s the lack of description for me. My husband has been getting the roast beef sandwich for years. After not going for quite a while we made a drive over from Arkansas for this sandwich. Nowhere on the menu did it say it was topped with coleslaw… we waited quite a while for his sandwich and my cauliflower crust pizza (which was really good) but the sandwich was piled high with sweet slaw that he can NOT eat. We double checked the menu and saw no indication of what was on it. A $15 sandwich went in the trash.

It was a girls’ night with my classmates. The food is good, & the atmosphere was great. The service is something else. There were high school-aged people at the front taking our orders. Adults were in the back preparing our food. These students were not professional at all. They were on the phone with their friends, having a good time talking about getting income taxes. The food was in the window, ready to be served to us. 1 of my classmates got up & went to the counter & asked, ” Is that my food?” ♀️ It was. The young lady didn’t say anything, she just gave it to her. No apology or anything? That was the only negative thing. The place is very clean. Again the food is very delicious.

Pizza was ok, didn’t try anything else. Very dated and not real clean, looks like they dont dust at all. Really no service, order at the counter by a girl who didn’t want to be there. Go to counter to pick up your dine in order, go back up for a box. So there was no service just a cashier/order taker.

The lady at the drive thru was very nice. But when I got home my burger was not right. I live 15 miles from frost top. Do I guess it’s my fault for not checking the burger before I drove home. If you didn’t have what I asked for on my burger you should have told me.

Buffet is horrible. They bring one pizza out every 15 mins. They bring more meatless pizza with lots of peppers. The salad bar is only ham lettuce, cheese ranch. So mediocre. I do Not recommend the buffet. Total waste of money and time.

We have a Pasquales back in Alabama so wanted to check this place out. Hubby had the fish sandwich and said it was really good. I had a 7” meat pizza with peppers and onions. It was really good also.
