Such a vibe. The food is so good. Especially the wagyu brisket and turkey. Usually turkey at bbq spots are dry but no, these bois do it right even with a little spice to it.

My favorite is the lamb and brisket. It’s all so good and just a solid crew all around. I got much love for small businesses and these bois put in the work!!

Eh, it was good but not amazing. The portions were way too small. Picture shows what $55 gets you – no drinks or apps.

I ordered ribs/turkey/slaw/potatoes. I got two ribs and one slice of turkey, taters and slaw were good but nothing earth shattering.

My son ordered ribs/twinkies/rice/mac. Two ribs and two twinkies, is all he got.

This is a food truck too – so it’s not like the cost of the food has to pay building overhead…

The girl who took our order was very nice and courteous.

I’ve tried other BBQ places and this is hands-down the BEST!
I just wish they had longer hours and weren’t only open on limited days.

I saw someone’s review saying they were the best—and good thing I listened!

I don’t know why they only have a few reviews! This place is such a hidden gem. They’re even right next to a brewery, which makes it the perfect spot to bring friends and socialize.

I got there around 11am. They have a special breakfast menu and don’t serve the full menu until 12pm, but honestly, it doesn’t even matter!

What I ordered:
• Brisket and Waffle – OMG, the meat was so tender. It wasn’t too salty, it was packed with flavor, and the smokiness really came through. 10/10, highly recommend.

(Don’t have photo coz we finished it before we remember to take one )

For Lunch (12pm):
• Jalapeño Cheese Sausage – 8/10. A little salty for me, but still super flavorful! Best paired with the avocado crème coleslaw.
• Turkey – 9/10. Juicy with a perfect smoky flavor.
• Elote – 10/10. Their elote is a must-try! Creamy, slightly sweet, with just the right touch of acidity.
• Beans – 8/10. Full of flavor, with different meats mixed in.
• Avocado Crème Coleslaw – 10/10. Refreshing and the perfect pairing with their meats.

PRICE: VERY AFFORDABLE

Perfect spot to grab some BBQ and hang out for lunch, brunch, or dinner. I’ve had just about everything at this point but my favs are the Brisket Smashburger (only on Fridays), the TX Twinkies, and the smoked turkey!
Really you can’t miss with anything you pick off the menu. Located right next to Hop & Sting Brewery so you can get a beer while waiting on your food.

I’ve had everything on the menu at this point but I usually get fatty brisket, Mexican rice and charro beans, and of course concha bread pudding for desert.

They also have smash burgers which are truly the best I’ve had really anywhere. Goes absolutely great with a beer from the brewery from where they’re located at.

They’ll usually have a rotating special going on which keeps the menu fresh, keep an eye out for what they got on any particular weekend.

The team is what really puts this all together. Paul and Christian are the head pit masters who’s love language is food. You can taste the passion they put into their craft, hence the name.

They’ve participated in shows and have won and gained recognition from the BBQ community. It’s well deserved.

My only complaint is that they’ve set the bar so high in terms of BBQ that I find it hard to enjoy any other BBQ spot wherever I go outside of Texas and that’s really annoying. It’s a legitimate problem.

I highly recommend this place, the food, the location, the entire team, the atmosphere, the desert, the brewery, everything is perfect.

¡Viva La Pasión!

Pasión BBQ never disappoints. The meats are juicy and full of flavor, the sides actually add to the meal instead of taking away from the flavor, and their loaded baked potato (on Sundays) is a must-try. Totally worth the drive we make just to get their BBQ.

Stopped by for a quick late lunch and man am I glad I did. I kept it simple and had brisket and pork ribs. I love to barbecue so I’m always hard on bbq places. There was nothing to criticize them on with these two items. The brisket was flavorful and tender. The pork ribs were awesome as well. Tender but still had a bite to them. The only thing that needs some work are the outdoor tables. They are a bit beat up.

I wanted to have an elote as a side but the people in front of me ordered the last one. It seems that they sell out quickly on certain items. I don’t see this as a negative. It just tells me this place is popular.

Please note that this place is a small food truck in the back of the parking lot and next door to a brewery. Please visit. You won’t be disappointed.

Pasion BBQ can have my money any day of the month. Took a chance as a first timer based off the other reviews. This is a food truck so look out for that and not a building. The young lady at the window answered all of my questions so patiently and allowed me to sample the brisket! Even the cook chimed in on our conversation with respect. Twas GOOD! I recommend my entire plate! Brisket (I got the moist/fatty cut), spare ribs, Spanish potatoes, Mac and cheese, AND the banana pudding in which they kindly threw in for me! I do not like bananas in my pudding, but cleaned their bowl empty. Idk, even the warm tortilla was good or I’m just greedy!! Customer service, kindness, atmosphere, food, and plating met all of MY expectations. 10/10 for me and will return. Go get you some! ‍ ‍

Pasión BBQ is absolutely amazing. A true explosion of flavors with juicy, perfectly cooked meats. And beyond their weekend BBQ, there are plenty of incredible options to enjoy during the week. It’s worth the drive from anywhere. The flavor of their burger—oh my God—and the birria tacos are unreal. Honestly, you don’t even find food this good in Mexico. I love this place.

As for Jordan Gray’s comment, it’s hard to believe you left without giving the rest of the menu a chance. That’s truly unfortunate, because this place offers outstanding food beyond just the BBQ. Hopefully next time you’ll stay, try it, and experience what everyone else is talking about.

Pasion BBQ is absolutely worth the drive from Fort Worth! The staff is incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home like part of their family. If you’re undecided, don’t worry—they’re more than happy to help guide you to the perfect plate. And speaking of the food… wow! Everything was packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and left me wanting more.

Only downside? They were out of sausage by the time I got there—clearly, I underestimated its popularity! But no worries, I’ll be making the trip back just to get my hands on some. If you’re craving top-tier BBQ with a warm and welcoming vibe, Pasion BBQ is the place to go!
