If you’re looking for authentic Mexican flavors that blow you away, this is the place to be. This was hands-down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The chicken mole was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. To top it off, the drinks were amazing and perfectly crafted. If you’re on the fence, just go. You won’t regret it!

My mom and I had dinner here and ordered the squash salad, butternut squash soup, and the whole red snapper. The menu has a lot of variety and our food was very fresh! The red snapper dish really stood out: it was served whole with chile guajillo sauce and was de-boned, making for a delicious meal with amazing presentation.
Our server Juan B. was friendly and helpful in terms of the questions we had.
He made our dining experience very comfortable and fun!

I really liked the atmosphere at Paseo and the service here was fantastic! Robledo was our server and incredibly attentive and friendly throughout the entire dining experience. I’m giving 5/5 stars for the atmosphere and 3/5 stars for the food and overall price. I found that the appetizers we shared were very small in comparison to the price paid for them, and I wasn’t blown away by the food. The server did share that when eating on the patio in the evenings, that the Disneyland fireworks can be seen, so this reason alone might be worth coming back in the future.

For a busy night, we only waited 30 minutes for a table of 4. Other restaurants had a 3-4 hour wait. The food was okay. I had the tuna ceviche, which I had high expectations for, but the mixture of what I think was black beans did not mix well… the guac and chips were good, the Fresh Oysters was really good – I would recommend this. My family really liked the tamale. I would come again for the atmosphere.

Came here with a friend during our birthday trip to Disneyland. We didn’t make a reservation but went to dinner early enough that we got seated within 15 minutes or so. The service and staff were friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was lovely. We both got the enchiladas and I also ordered a margarita classica and a side of Mexican rice. The enchiladas were good and had a fantastic flavor but the sauce felt a little watered down and the rice was delicious. They even brought out chocolate desserts for our birthdays which were lovely and appreciated. The disappointment that I do feel like I have to note comes from the margarita. It was overpriced (which I expected) but did not taste like a margarita should and seemed incredibly watered down. It was a major disappointment and I would not recommend that.

We are Disney regulars and this was our first time at Paseo! It instantly became our favorite dining experience at Downtown Disney! Right away, Juan B made us feel at home and gave us great recommendations! Every cocktail we ordered was a hit! Amazing margaritas and loved the Manguiri! I think their beef tartare is one of the most unique and flavorful ones I have ever tasted! Highly recommend! The guacamole was super yummy as well! We all enjoyed our entrees! I had the NY carne asada and we cleaned that plate! The meat was insanely flavorful and tender!!! We will be back here every single time we go to Disney! Thanks again Juan! Cheers to their talented chef Carlos! Paseo is one of our favorites!

A warm and welcoming atmosphere, is totally disney but you cant tell your at disney. You get true hospitality, the steak tartare is different because the bread they give you is warm but doesnt disappoint! The carne asada was great but the tomatoes roasted for me were absolutely delicious! A fantastic experience!

We were exploring options for brunch that were close to our hotel (Disney’s Grand Californian) today. We ventured out into Downtown Disney. The minute we peeked in and saw the open kitchen on the bottom floor and the beautiful staircase, we decided to pop in and see what was going on. There wasn’t a booth for check in so we were cobfused as to how to enter the restaurant. I ended up asking the chef and he said we go up the stairs or take the elevator. We went up to the second level. There were no other guests in the restaurant, but after reading the menu, admiring the decor inside, AND watching through glass as they made homemade masa and tortillas…we decided to stay. We asked for outdoor seating which is on a balcony overlooking Downtown Disney. The waitress immediately informed us that this was not a traditional Mexican restaurant. By then I knew because I had looked at the website. They had me at Michelin!! We started off with the queso!! Not sure how the chorizo was green, but it was amazing!! Wild mushrooms throughout. It is not a heavy cheese and let me tell you about the star of the dish, the poached egg!! Put it all together on the homemade bread and pow—heaven in your mouth! We moved on to main dishes were shared…the mole dollars and the carne asada huarache!! I cannot tell you how the flavor fusion of all the ingredients melted together. Best meal we’ve had in Cali for sure!! Check out the photos!! Bloody Mary and Old Fashioned were premium!!

Highly recommend, the rest of my party ordered:
Chilaquiles

P.s. the desserts were all delicious too, seasonal, will definitely come back again.
