Got 1 extra star because the food was quite good. Would be 1 star otherwise.
Here’s a play by play of our dinner:
40 minutes after ordering- finally get our diet cokes.
60 minutes after ordering- get our lukewarm entrees.
15 minutes after requesting refills, have to ask the hostess (the only competent member of the staff), not the waiter, for refills. We receive them promptly.
20 minutes after having our table bused, still no dessert (ordered with the rest of their food as part of a dinner special). Waitress has not been seen in 30 minutes.
Tables around us receiving incorrect orders, one table has waited 40 minutes to even take an order. One leaves when they cannot receive a bill at all.
Finally catch the hostess again (bless her) and ask for our dessert.
Waitress comes up exasperated saying she’ll be right out with our flowerless chocolate cake (we ordered cheesecake). Hostess arrives with the cheesecake at that moment (moments after we asked her for it) in a to-go box.
This may be the worst service my family has ever had at a restaurant, and it’s really a pity because the food is quite good. None of the other people around me were served well either, and many were audibly complaining.

My wife and I have been to the new Pascucci location four times since it opened and have had generally the same experience each time. The food was good to great, but the service was mediocre to bad. The first time we witnessed an argument at the door with the host telling a couple they would have to sit outside or wait 20 minutes for a seat even though plenty of booths were open because the booths were for parties of four only. There was no one else waiting, so this didn’t make sense to the other couple or us, but we were fine outside. The second visit (at 8pm) was great. The lady serving us (appeared to be a manager) took great care of us. The last two times were bad. Workers from the kitchen were yelling across the dining room or congregating by our table near the bar with loud conversations and clearly not much to do. It took a very long time for anyone to take our order, and our server kept sitting at a booth in the dining room chatting with other workers. It really has us thinking that this is a place to use as takeout, not to enjoy a nice sit-down meal.

We made reservations for a group of 20 and asked if splitting the check for us was fine so we thought all was good. A few things were fine, prompt service and friendly enough service. Food was okay, nothing special and prices were acceptable for the quality. Of the beers listed on tap, only one available. I got a bottle instead and they were not that cold. Most of the group served at the dance time except a few had to wait more than another 10 minutes for their food. Paying became a problem as they told us they could only take 4 cards. After going back an forth for a bit about splitting, they eventually agreed to split by table (the 20 of us were split into 5 tables). However, they would take only one card per table, less than ideal.

The food is amazing and always withing a reasonable amount of time. The food is a bit pricey but I always feel it was worth it.
The only complaint I have is that they sometimes hire college students that do not care all that much about the job. This is only for the people at the front desk but can still be a slight buzz kill when they would rather talk to their friend than seat you. However I believe this to be a one time thing and the rest of the employees are great and very helpful.
This is our new favorite place to go!

Great, beautiful atmosphere. Bread was good, other than that…service was horrible, shrimp was burnt. Salad was mostly wilted, and too much lettuce
After 30 minutes, they came back to tell us they were out of Presuto.
Pleasant server, but very slow service. It seemed as though the chef only made one dish at a time.
My dish came out with angel hair pasta, rather than the pasta listed in the menu.
We can marked this restarant off our list of BEEN THERE DONE THAT!!!
No repeat customer here…..

I went here about a week ago with some friends for an early dinner. We were sat immediately at a table outside on the lovely patio. They recently acquired some new shade protection that is a great addition. The server (who’s name I forget) quickly came out to greet and brought a basket of the delicious garlic bread. The service was quick and efficient, and we soon had our food. I had the pasta pascucci which is a wonderful combination of shrimp and chicken in a slightly spicy sauce. My friends had the ravioli sampler and the gigantic lasagna. Overall, the experience was exactly what we were looking for, and we will definitely be back again.

This restaurant has greatly deteriorated in the past 6 months. Surprised to see paper sign on front door saying, “Yes, we are open.” Not a good sign!
We were seated at a table right outside the kitchen – only 3 other tables were occupied. When we asked for another table they said, “Go wherever you want.”
So, next table had a clear view of behind the bar… trash and spills on floor, employee water bottle and drink sitting on bar.
Our salads arrived and had brown avocado slices and old, rancid lettuce. We could not eat it. The pancetta pieces looked and tasted like Bacon Bits. We sent the salads back and declined to try an alternative. The bill arrived and we saw that they had deducted the charge for one of the salads.
So disappointed, as the downtown Pascucci has been a favorite for years. This one won’t last with so many other superior
restaurants right in the shopping center.

The food was good, but the menu seemed a bit lackluster for Italian food. I ordered a mushroom risotto which was very tasty but did not feel Italian at all. The shrimp appetizer was depressing. My husband’s food tasted more Asian than Italian. The service was alright, but we had to hunt someone down to ask for the check. The sever was very confused when we asked for an Irish coffee (we assumed the bartender would know how to make one). The tiramisu was bland and didn’t taste much like tiramisu at all. We noticed a lot of spiderwebs near our table outside, and our table was a bit small for 4 people. Whoever was in control of the music was having issues, because we heard five or six songs get skipped halfway through followed by silence, then a very loud song that we couldn’t talk over.
Edit: My husband got food poisoning either from the swordfish or from the shrimp. Also the Google photo of the inside is inaccurate. The seats are uncomfortable and the booths are very outdated.

Went there on Sunday at 1. One table taken otherwise it was empty. Young lady was serving as waitress and hostess. Not the best service. Had to ask for our drinks, salad and bread. We got the ravioli sampler and chicken parmeasean. Both were tasty but small. They have a lunch special everyday.

I ate at your restaurant on Friday 2/17 for dinner, around 8 pm. My group and I had an awful experience. We were seated in the back room, where we received terrible service. Our waiter did not bring us our drinks for over 30 minutes. Once our drinks came, we never got a refill. Our waiter did not check in on our party. Food was subpar, probably because it came out late. Then, our waiter proceeded to YELL and SCOFF at us when we tried to split the check. He never once said there would be an issue with spliting the check, otherwise we would have made other arrangements. I cannot beleive how uncomfortable he made me and my friends feel. He had the audacity to add gratuity to the bill after such terrible ‘service’, if you could even call it that. I will not be returning to this restaurant…and will ensure none of my friends and colleagues wont be.
