Pascal and Cathy Bakery is an absolute gem! I ordered the croque madame and the tomato spinach feta quiche, and both were simply perfection. The croque madame was rich and comforting with every bite, while the quiche was light yet flavorful, packed with fresh ingredients and baked to golden perfection. You can truly taste the care and quality in everything they serve. A beautiful spot with food that warms the soul—I can’t wait to come back and try more!

Pascal and Cathy’s bakery was just magical! Authentic French cuisine everything is made with love and handmade. We shared the quiche Lorraine and a croque-monsieur and an almond croissant after. An absolutely home run, highly recommend. It is a little pricey however that is expected with the level of food they serve.

They offer a wide array of delicious sweet treats, and their coffee is absolutely fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making for a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.
A helpful tip regarding parking: if the front spaces are full, there’s a spacious parking lot behind the store with convenient back door access.

This is an excellent place for pastries, desserts, coffee, and light bites. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I pre ordered pastries and asked if they could be served for a friends get together on a Saturday afternoon. The staff went above and beyond and were so sweet. Everything is delightful and the coffee is brewed fresh for each cup. Every time I go, I feel like I am in France. This is a must visit if you’re in the area or want to cater a special event. The staff is beyond friendly! They put up with me choosing more than I should consume.

The cappuccino was phenomenal, very hot, but the perfect temperature when I arrived home.
My children loved the selection of the mini pastries.

The cute sitting area was begging me to just relax and I cannot wait to dine in.

I am a huge fan of croissants and the fact that they grabbed a fresh baked batch for my box instead of the display ones was a sign that the customer comes first.

I visited 3 days of the 4 that I was in town and I cannot stop telling my friends about how great it is.

I have had French pastries in Paris and around the world, Pascal and Cathy’s does a great job bringing those same tastes to Pompano beach. The chocolate croissants were very good and the cappuccino was well made and very flavorful. I would also recommend the macaroons, salted caramel is my favorite.

Came here after being on a heavy search specifically for a canelé and WOW! Called beforehand to make sure they had them, and was ecstatic when they agreed to hold some so they wouldn’t sell out before my hour drive to get there. I have been chasing a good canelé since I graduated college and to finally find somewhere that has them made me so happy! We got other things as well that we can’t wait to try later tonight. Their entremets are stunning and you can tell that this is a truly refined bakery that has perfected their work! The caneles were even toddler approved! Can’t recommend this place enough and we will absolutely be making the hour drive from West Palm again in the future!

I love the croque madam a bit too much bechamel

They serve so many things from ice creams to lil desserts

the crossaints we got amazing
both ham and cheese and almond( the mini comes with chocolate !)

we got a coffee that my coworker loved
we got assorted macarons that made us very popular.
my only complaint is the pistachio one tasted too fake

will be coming back those sandwiches looked amazing !
