I had been meaning to dine here since they opened 3 months ago, but just hadn’t had the chance or forgot. I wish this nice family a great deal of good luck and pray for their success. The owners and help are so sweet and patient. The place is spotlessly clean and fresh. The food is authentic and absolutely delicious!!! Highly recommended!!

Stumbled upon this authentic Mexican restaurant on our way back from Independence, VA — and what a find! The staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming, even though they spoke only Spanish (thank you, Google Translate!). The food was hands down the best Mexican I’ve had in a long time — the guacamole was super fresh, the choripapas were bursting with flavor, and the camarones ala diabla were simply out of this world. I finished with a dessert of strawberries and cream (I forgot its name), and it was absolutely heavenly. A true hidden gem — can’t wait to stop by again!

Don’t be put off by the menu…they are sweet and patient and will explain the dishes which are soooooo delicious! It is a humble atmosphere, but that’s the way so many great local, family restaurants are. If that bothers you, get to go. We get to go at least once every 2 weeks….usually no more than 15 minute wait. Their sauces are awesome.
