Order from here often and get the catfish sandwich dinner which is always good, today I ordered two subs one 18” and one 9” steak and cheese subs, there was literally one thin layer of meat, now a sub shouldn’t close bread to bread, called and the employee offered a refund or remade, we chose remake, and it was the same exact thing after explaining to the employee after spending $51.00 u wouldn’t be happy with this either and he showed no care whatsoever. They definitely lost me as a customer

My wife went in at about 11 pm to get me a Mac n cheese we called first we were told 3 bucks for a small she goes in and the lady was getting ready to throw it away and charged her an extra 2 dollars not only that the lady lied to my wife and she had no choice but to buy it do to the fact I was having a diabetic attack that place is horrible they also buy there products at Aldi and charge you 3 times what it’s worth .the store is a rip off the food isn’t even good. Mikes food fair is a way better place to shop or order food..!!!

Food is generally great everytime. However my last trip yielded a meal fit more for a ten year old and not an adult. Not many fries and chicken pieces were small. Not happy this time. Pic included is not touched other than aluminum removed for rewarming.

After over 30 minutes of me ordering online, I was told they “aren’t taking online orders right now” and canceled my order. Now they’re saying it’ll take 2 business days to refund me. With how expensive everything is, I feel like I got genuinely robbed of $50. If you’re gonna cancel an order after 30 minutes while charging that much, I shouldn’t have my money GONE for several days

Ordered a steak grinder with double meat, didn’t get double meat. Called and talked to someone, and was told it was made by a manager and he put it on there. If this is double meat I hate to see what regular meat looks like. For almost $10 that’s a rip off. Anytime you have a complaint they would rather argue with you than make it right.

too expensive and way too long of a wait. told me I would be waiting 20 minutes for a single chicken sandwich and a fry, it wasn’t busy at all either. Come back 20 minutes later, they haven’t even started my order yet!!! Took 40 minutes to make a sandwich and fry and then had the audacity to charge 17 dollars for it. Honestly stay far away from this place. You’d be better off going almost anywhere else.

Apparently there’s an almost 4 percent charge if you use a card over the phone. I was NOT informed of this at the time of calling. The delivery driver was very nice and allowed me to call to question why my bill was more than what I was told over the phone. The manager was quite rude about the whole ordeal. She basically told me I could refuse my order. I planned on it but figured I wouldn’t get a refund. For the price without the card upcharge is probably too much. Tack that on and it’s a ripoff. Sorry if your drivers suffer due to you poor practices. Now that I look at some other reviews that are critical of the place I see a recurring theme here. Will never order from here again until they get it together.
