Rude disrespectful treatment in two consecutive days, by the employee who took my order and the casher (who seemsto be the manage ). They seem to be family related as they look identical.
This is beyond bad customer service; this is plain disrespectful behavior.

This took me by surprise as I have always experienced good customer service in all Party Kake Bakeries, and I have been using them for over 25 years. I drive a lot to buy from them as they consistently provide good customer service in their locations, which is usually awful in many of the other Bakeries in the area. I was a regular in their first small place located in the small mall further west in Miller, before moving to their bigger place they have now in the same mall. My kid made me go there almost every day.

l live no far from their new place in front of the Publix in Miller and was exited when Party Kake bought it as treatment with previous owner was awful, making me drive to the Party Kake further west in Miller during the morning traffic, beside this being the closest Bakery to my house.

These behaviors are often repeated patterns, affecting people who leave quietly without taking the time to provide feedback. We live in these areas for 30–50 years—imagine how many breakfasts, snacks, and party groceries the business loses because of one bad experience caused by a responsible employee.
I just hope this gets resolved so I can go there, as it is a prime location, and we don’t have many like it in this area. These two should never have been on that side of the counter

In my humble opinion- best guava and cheese pastelito anywhere. I am also very fond of their breakfast sandwiches. Staff at the 9443 Miller drive are wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. The other location at 10000 are also very nice. Store has been upgraded and modernized- very clean. My favorite place to have a cefecito and Cuban snack.

I bought a cake here today for a birthday party that was displayed without any label showing its name, ingredients, or price. Based on the seller’s recommendation, I purchased what was described as a Cappuccino cake, but when we tried it, it turned out to be a rum cake with a very strong liquor taste. A very kind employee explain what each of their cakes included, but she missed the fact that this one contained rum. Any bakery should know that cappuccino doesn’t usually have alcohol—and if it does, customers need to be clearly told. Listing the ingredients or at least informing clients would avoid situations like this. Sadly, I ended up paying for a big cake that no one could eat, especially the children at the party.

This place has been through a few different names and owners. This last owner is a family owned franchise. Excellent service and food. What really makes this place great are all of the ladies that work it and provide great service.
