I’m so thankful for Parsons Bakery being apart of one of the most important days of our lives. Our family is growing from two to three and they made a beautiful cake for our gender reveal. I was able to text them my ideas and they made it happen!! I was able to place my order and pick up same day!! The price was also great and I think they could charge more!! Thank you again and I can’t wait for Parsons to be apart of many more memories for my family! I also got a cinnamon roll while I was there and that hit the spot! I did get a photo of it because it was gone before I got home.

I live 40 min away. Ordered dinner rolls weeks in advance for Christmas and for Christmas eve pickup. Told they were baked fresh that day. When I got there, couldnt find them, then when they did they were sort of smashed, the Parker house were very smashed and they did seem the least bit concerned, they were NOT fresh. I requested new ones and they did agree but they were not much better. Cost was 26 so over 8. A dozen…served next day, they were old and dry. Most were thrown away. There are much, much better places to get your rolls as I now know.

Got a tiramisu here today… WAYYY too sweet. It was like drenched in sweet syrup haha, no good balance of sweet but a bit bitter with the coffee flavor. Probably won’t be getting that again from here.

We bought $15 worth of donuts and pastries and got mixed results.
The yeast donuts were excellent for the kids.
The chocolate croissant was one of the best that we’ve had. The texture was crisp and flaky with adequate chocolate melted inside.
The kouign amann was also good, but maybe not $5 good. The ones at Farmstead in Saint George are the same price but larger and have better, chewy/crispy texture along the bottom.
The bad news is that the apple fritter was burnt. The dough was OK, maybe just a little dry, but the apples that poked outside were burnt black and it smelled and tasted distinctly burnt as we cut it up to share among our family. Fortunately, our seven-year-old son liked it well enough to finish it off.

This has been my favorite bakery since the 90s. Drove about 30 miles to get my favorite German chocolate cookies for a special treat for my birthday, as we no longer live in the area. They did not disappoint. Everything they make us delicious.
