I called to place my order, since I had a coupon. I did the same thing from the other location, ordering the same thing. This time, the employee was confused when I said “two topping pizza.” She thought I wanted half and half. So it took a couple tries to get the order right, but that wasn’t the big disappointment…
She told me 20-25 minutes for me to pickup. I picked up right at 20 minutes, and by the time I drove the 11 minutes home, the pizza was already COLD. The cheese bread was noticeably warmer, but they obviously were done very quickly and not kept warm until the time they told me to pickup. Also, the toppings were pretty sparce. They were mostly only in the center of the pizza, with the outside mostly just cheese pizza.
We still ate it because we were hungry and I was hoping my kids didn’t notice… but as they didn’t finish their food, they started making comments. What a disappointment to be so different from the other location.
I ordered the slice with wings combo, I chose a cheese pizza with pineapple and pepperoni, they forgot the pepperoni even though she repeated it back to me. The pizza was very thin, our 9 year old called the pizza see through because well it is. All you can taste is the crust, couldn’t taste the cheese or sauce. I got the boneless BBQ wings and they tasted okay, the sauce was very generic. Our pizza loving kid didn’t even eat his pizza because he said it was bad, he only ate his fries which were good.
Overall not impressed and not worth the money. Wouldn’t come back here or recommend this place.
However, tonight’s experience left me really disappointed. I placed a mobile order for myself, and unfortunately, everything was overcooked. The fries were cold, which didn’t make sense since I arrived while the food was still being made. But what upset me most was the mozzarella stick I got for my daughter. The last couple of times, they were perfect, gooey with that amazing cheese pull. Tonight, it was so overcooked there wasn’t even any cheese inside. For $10, that’s honestly unacceptable.
You can clearly tell when mozzarella sticks are overdone, yet it was still boxed up and handed to me like that. On top of that, the guy at the front asked if I wanted ranch and mentioned it was free, but on the app, I paid for it: $2 for four 4oz containers. What I actually received were four 2oz ones.
The service tonight didn’t match what we’ve experienced before, and I walked away feeling like I wasted money. I really hope this was just a one-off, because we love coming here, but tonight really missed the mark.
The kitchen manager (Jason?) was brought onto the call after the first person to answer simply said, “oh, we’ve got your salad here.” Obviously not a solution, just a statement of fact we both knew.
The kitchen manager offered some coupons if I came to pick up the missing salad to offset the inconvenience, or I could be refunded the salad. I asked for the item to be delivered but they said they didn’t have the means to reorder a driver for a salad.
I declined the offer to pick up the missing delivery items and was offered a refund of the salad and an offer to refund the wings that were missing the ranch dressing and veggies.
I haven’t checked to see if they’ve actually refunded the missing items, but I am reluctantly giving two stars for the lack of empathy or sincerity in the apology that they sent the order missing items.
The 2 stars for the food is rare for me to give too, but the food was not great, and one of us had to throw a piece of pizza away mid-slice due to a hair. I cannot definitively blame a hair specifically on the kitchen, as I have long hair household members, but really??? Gross. Can’t recover from this, so none of us enjoyed the food.
Additionally, you should be able to see the tip your patrons give at the time of ordering. You could have at least offered a solution that took into account that amount too.
At least it’s opening night of MLB, so I’ll give two stars.
Despite it being less than a ten minute drive from our house, the pizza was cold, the cheese hard and congealed. The wings were dry and sauceless.
I’d give it zero stars if I could.
The addition of a bar and a wide selection of beers on tap added to the overall appeal of the place. It was evident that many patrons were enjoying themselves, creating a lively and welcoming ambiance.
The staff at Parry’s were quite friendly, and they even offered us some table service, which was a pleasant surprise. They asked if it was our first time there and generously gave us a discount. This personal touch made the visit even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning to Parry’s for more of their great pizza and warm hospitality.
I did a walk up take our order and everything came out pretty quick.
