Parrillas Grill Food Truck is an absolute gem! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The empanadas were crispy on the outside and packed with delicious, savory filling, and the white sauce was homemade and the perfect pair. The platter was incredible juicy, tender meats with amazing smoky flavor, crispy pork, perfectly seasoned chicken, and tasty sides like yuca and slaw that tied everything together beautifully.
You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. The portions were generous, the service was friendly, and the food came out hot and fresh. If you’re looking for authentic, satisfying, and seriously delicious grilled food, Parrillas Grill is a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back for more

Parrillas Grill absolutely crushed it!
The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The chicken was juicy with crispy skin, the pork had that perfect crunch on the outside and tenderness inside, and the sausage had amazing smoky flavor. Even the sides were on point — creamy coleslaw, perfectly cooked yuca, and that chimichurri tied everything together beautifully.
You can taste the quality and care in every bite. Portions were generous and everything was hot and ready to go. Hands down one of the best food truck experiences I’ve had.
If you see Parrillas Grill, stop. Don’t think twice. Worth every dollar.

Authentic Colombian food in Hickory! This is a great new spot to get amazing food with great service. I had the Parrillas BBQ and let me tell you this is as good as being in Colombia . Portions are great so be sure to come hungry, we need to patronize spots like these so they can stay for the long run I know I’ll be back!

10/10 when it comes to authenticity! I got the cachapa + carne which was cooked and seasoned to perfection and the empanadas were delicious. They’re also family/locally owned! Worth stopping by if you’re in the area
