We had my husband, Steve’s, 70th Birthday party at Parrando’s Haymarket today – Saturday 11/8/25. From planning with Joseph to decorating early today, to “Marvelous Marvin” ♥️ service, accomodations and EXCEPTIONAL FOOD and DRINK, we could not be more pleased with everything – from start to finish! Steve said his birthday party was “absolutely perfect.” He loved everything about his 70th Birthday celebration. We were showered with so much love by Parrando’s – Joseph and Marvin get an A+++ . Our favorite restaurant in Virginia – Parrando’s for sure‼️‼️♥️ A beautiful young lady server assisted Marvin at different points, and she was delightful! I regret that I did not retain her name. Our experience at the Parrando’s in Haymarket is ALWAYS spectacular! The service never fails to impress and the food is absolutely delicious. The team often works in tandem; they are eager and willing to assist without hesitation. Recently, my husband and I decided to do an early seating to celebrate Valentine’s day. Our waitress, Katherine, had the nicest, sweetest demeanor and made sure to check on us regularly. Truly a breathe of fresh air! On this particular evening, Leo was also equally attentive, providing us with swift and pleasant service. Parrando’s is definitely our favorite place to dine in the area!

Stopped in for lunch and was very pleasantly surprised!! The food was fresh and delicious, and portions were big. I ordered the device appetizer and it was enough to be my full meal. The guacamole was super creamy and salsa had a good, vibrant flavor with nice chunks of tomato.

My husband and I went based on some local recommendations since I am new to the area and I was NOT disappointed. The food was fresh and rich and got to the table quickly. Par none to the service though. Our server was astounding, she went above and beyond to make sure our meal was perfect. She had this lovely bright red hair, I think her name was Fabi. Sorry if that is the wrong name but she definitely needs a shout out for dealing with my thousands of questions and taste preferences.

We had always gone to the Ashburn location before but glad this location has opened as it’s a great go-to restaurant! We had dropped for dinner here and got the vegetarian enchiladas and they were delicious, would recommend trying. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I liked how this one wasn’t too crowded or loud atleast for the day/time we visited. It’s the perfect amount of space and the variety on the menu is great as well, something for everyone.

Had a great experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was quick, and the food was really good. Marvin was our waiter, and he was very kind and attentive throughout our visit. Everything came out fast, and we felt well taken care of. Would definitely recommend.

My mom and I eat here at least once a week. It is our favorite restaurant in Haymarket. Their meat is phenomenal and cooked to perfection every time. Also, their service is immaculate, servers always have a smile on their face and make us feel welcome. 1000/10 recommend!

Wonderful place for weekend brunch or lunch on a nice day on the patio, or inside the restaurant. The service is wonderful with very attentive and friendly staff. Dogs are welcome on the patio and they even brought out a bowl of water for ours without even asking. The brunch menu is some of the best food around the Haymarket/Gainesville area. Highly recommend this place.
