The food here is always amazing and very reasonably priced. Parma dogs, wings, and cheesesteaks are usually our go to and they are always so delicious and high quality, and just recently got a Chicken Caesar salad here and it was the most STACKED chicken Caesar I have ever had. Service is quick, and everyone I’ve interacted with is super nice.

They don’t just deliver to the college area, they deliver to multiple parts of the city! Show love, show respect, and especially tip when one of the top food places in York, PA; provides you the food you requested !!! I can only tell you but try it out ! You’ll be thankful! I have given you a place of business that provides in every way. Order for family, friends, etc…. But show your support because this is a business that deserves it!!

The best Parma location to go to! I recently placed an order online for pickup and when I got there found out their POS was down so they didn’t get my order. They were super awesome took my order there and quickly made everything so I didn’t have to sit and wait long.

On Saturday, September 27, my family placed a $200+ online order with Parma Pizza at 6:18 PM for pickup at 7:18 PM. We were gathering to watch football and celebrate our niece’s homecoming, so we wanted to make it easy and support a local spot our family had been recommending.
When we arrived around 7:15, the scene was chaotic. Some employees were working hard, others were standing around, and no one seemed to be managing the order or taking ownership. Honestly, an order of that size you’d think it would be standard practice for a manager to take the lead in ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the order. Different staff came out at different times to say they were out of certain items sometimes even asking the same questions we’d already answered. I ordered additional food to replace an unavailable paninis, but no one made any effort to ensure the order was complete or accurate.
Over the next 20 minutes, bags started appearing at the table we were waiting at. We had to open and check every one ourselves because no one on staff offered to help. After nearly 45 minutes and multiple texts from hungry family members asking where the food was, we finally took what we had and left.
When we got home, things got worse. About a third of the order was wrong. One order for two slices with pepperoni and sausage came as one slice of pepperoni and one slice of sausage. The Old Bay wings we ordered came out as buffalo. Overall, the food was decent at best. No better or worse than a national chain. My nephew called and spoke with the manager, who apologized and said he’d pass along the feedback to the owner, promising I’d get a call that week. That call never came.
As a consumer, I’m tired of being treated like this. We choose to spend our money at these businesses, and yet quality and customer service seem to have become afterthoughts. It’s all about producing a mediocre product at the maximum price. Parma Pizza came recommended by family who discovered it while visiting York College, and they’d been regulars the last several weeks, but after this experience, no more. We’ll take our business elsewhere and hope to find a place that still values quality and its customers.

I’ve been coming here for some years. I always get a slice and a salad for lunch to go.
The food is always decent. The service is never great but it’s a busy place, so to be expected.
Today I ordered a slice to go per usual there was a little bit of a mixup because it got busy at the same time. No issues. My only concern is that delivery drivers are walking around eating with bare hands over food that’s gonna be served.

Went there for the last time this week. We ordered online and we’re told 20 mins. When we arrived, as in other reviews our order was not even started. OK, a little irritating but whatever, until we got the food home to eat. I ordered a mushroom steak sub, I found 1 small piece of mushroom on the sub. My daughter got a ham sub and it had one slice of ham on it – a $10 sub no less. Check out the pictures for reference. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am.

Positive experience from on line ordering to eating the food. Considerably better then competing pizza chains. Had deleted other pizza apps off my phone because a frozen pizza from supermarket was better. Ordered wings, cheese steak stromboli and cheese steak pizza, all of which we enjoyed. The cheese steak stromboli I got it with their pretzel thing and it certainly tasted like pretzel. It was good, but seemed to be light on the cheese steak part, and too much pretzel. The pizza was good enough that we will order again. The service was fast. I liked their on line ordering and how they confirmed the order by email and left me know when they were on their way. Very positive experience all around. Don’t order pizza very often, but when we do, will be ordering from this place again.

First time customer. Set up online account. Tried for a delivery. NOT delivered even though Pd for. Tried calling 4 times. Put on hold with no response after exiting minutes. Asked for supervisor . Same less tha 1 star response. Will never use again and will alert to the 100’s in my new neighborhood of the same. Too many other options than to deal with this company.

Placed an online order for takeout and arrived at estimated time and was told it the order just came up in their system and while waiting for them to make it the story changed to the payment never went through on their end and that I needed to pay again. It was suspicious and insulting that I could show proof from my bank that I paid for it and they refused to try to figure it out and make me pay for it again
