Delicious night out! The burrata was incredible. We had it with some in house focaccia and it was the perfect taste of autumn. The gnocchi was good but the veal parmigiana stole the attention of all my taste buds. Next, I’d like to return for lunch, to try one of the yummy, massive sandwiches that everyone keeps telling me about.

We went for dinner, the place has great ambiance and decor. The menu has a very good selection of dishes and drinks. Portions are generous and the food prepared to perfection! We had the fritti misto, yellowfin tuna crudo, orata with brussel sprouts, coniglio alla cacciatora with roasted potatoes, espresso with tiramisu. Our server Eve was very attentive and friendly. A very good dining experience.

I had the pleasure of dining at Parma last night, and it was a fantastic experience! Restaurant is beautiful and food is truly authentic Italian, the way it should be! Pasta was cooked to perfection, sauce was excellent…..and the steak…..Fantastic! You can really tell when food is quality and fresh. This will be a frequently attended restaurant.

Overall great experience. The wines were lovely and not overly expensive (for a restaurant of course). The vibe is comfortable but elegant. It reminded me of eating out in Italy. The dishes aren’t overly seasoned and don’t rely on a ton of cheese for flavour. They let the ingredients shine. Our server was lovely. Service was a bit slow but there was a very large table that sat right before us and we were told about it when we made our reservation so we were expecting some delays. We are planning to return and appreciate seeing a new restaurant downtown that isn’t chasing trends.

We dined at Parma last night with family and had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish. I started with the Fritto Misto as an appetizer—it was perfectly crisp and full of flavour. The linguine with baby neck clams was also a standout dish, cooked to perfection.
The restaurant has a warm, inviting ambience, and the service was attentive and friendly throughout the evening. Prices were reasonable, especially for a higher-end dining experience. I would definitely recommend Parma and look forward to returning!

Went with my family to celebrate our reunion after a long time. Server was friendly. The food was amazing, we ordered rigatoni Alla Genovese. Seriously some of the best Italian food I’ve tasted in Hamilton. The place was also nice so it’s perfect for a romantic dinner.

I’ve visited this place on two occasions now and this is what i’ve ordered:
Firstly, the Vongole was as if they replaced the pasta with rice noodles. It felt extremely overcooked, the pasta broke apart as I tried to pickup a bite.
Bruschetta was incredibly salty as if they mistook balsamic vinegar for soy sauce.
The carna crudo was incredibly salty too and my tongue was assaulted and overwhelmed by the saltiness and tartness of the dish making it hard to taste anything else after.
Burrata however was amazing, the combination of flavours incorporated into this dish was unexpected and very much welcomed. I would love to have it again though it is a shame it doesn’t come with bread.
The Lamb was great and I have nothing negative to say about it.
The risotto was alright and i quite liked the shrimp head that was deep fried and included in the dish which added a depth to what would otherwise be underwhelming
One of the most disappointing dishes was the veal as it was flattened to the point where all i was eating was breading and on top of that was incredibly tough. All i could taste was fried breading which should not be the case considering it was north of $50 for this dish.
The service here was amazing both times and could not be happier.
While certain items taste great, their lack of consistency across their menu is severely disappointing. I would not mind trying other items but have definitely learned to steer clear of these few disappointing dishes.
