UPDATE [2/20/26]: I got to try their pastas this time and man they were both delicious, the pesto was my fave! I even used the crust from my pizza to get the rest of the pesto. We also had the wedge salad, AMAZING as well. All dishes I’ve had here are great and I’ve already been here a few times since my first visit. Definitely try this place out, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the food and you can tell in the taste.

I didn’t even know we had a place like this in town, only learned about it by word of mouth. This place is definitely unique to our small town and I’m happy it’s here.
The smell of the pizza oven alone when walking in is very enticing. They have a small menu, so you know it’s gotta be good. Too many options brings down quality, I think. I think there was something for everyone, meat and no meat. I wanted the Margherita and my sister got the Rosemary Sausage.
It was pretty busy when we came in, tables were full and some chairs for takeout. The kitchen was very busy, you can see the guys making everything. The gentleman who took our order was very attentive to not only us but everyone there, if an order was taking too long he addressed it and apologized.
We finally got our order and he even threw in some pepperoni slices. The slices were pretty big for me, I guess I’m just used to thin triangles from other places lol. I really liked the pizza dough, it was thin where the toppings were and the crust was thick. All the slices we got tasted amazing and fresh.
All in all, I would definitely go back again. I noticed they were cooking pasta but it wasn’t on the menu and was too scared to ask. We need more places like this in our town, and I hope you check them out.

Easily the best in Kern County and possibly some of the best NY style Pizza i’ve had in California. Hard to believe pizza this great has found its way to Delano. It’s such an amazing treat to finally have something like this here and reminds me of great NYC Pizza like Scarr’s or Chrissy’s in Brooklyn. Amazing staff and service

I love this place, I’m eat here atleast once a week. Their NY style of pizza is so fresh and you can tell the ingredients are quality. Also, don’t forget to try the pasta it is amazing as well. Kirk, Patrick and the staff are great people with much attention to detail to the product they serve. Go by and grab some great food, trust me you won’t regret it!

So good! Best NY style pizza I’ve had and I’ve had NY style pizza in NY and this definitely beats it. Small place, but the owner has plans to make it a good local eatery for the community. Ingredients are fresh and the pizza crust is thin and crispy. Support your local pizza place. Worth the money. I would definitely go over and over again.

Kinda good they ain’t open everyday of the week otherwise I’d be obese by now. Great service and even better pizza!! Crust was also great as well and Im someone who never even eats the crust! Didn’t have to wait an hour for it either. Paid, and got it 3 minutes later. Definitely recommend!!!!
