In November 2023, the Washington Pavilion acquired business operations of Parlour Ice Cream House, which was previously located across the street. Parlour features gourmet ice cream, fresh popcorn, candy and cold beverages and is located in the former concessions area on 2nd floor of the Kirby Science Discovery Center. Now, you can enjoy the best ice cream in Sioux Falls during your visits to our museums. Or just stop in for a tasty treat! Museums admission is not required.

Really delicious homemade ice cream. The atmosphere is awesome, and the staff is really, really friendly. They have gluten-free and non-dairy options available, and all the flavors are really, really good. They make all their own cones here as well as ice cream.

Love this little place. Staff are incredibly friendly and fast. Ice cream is delicious and they have enough options to please anyone. When you walk in the place smells amazing due to them making their own waffle cones. Prices are extremely reasonable and you get a large amount of ice cream.

We stopped by this place after eating lunch today. Very clean when you walk in. We ordered a chocolate brownie ice cream and a mint chocolate chip ice cream along with a coffee. I’m usually a Cold Stone Creamery guy but this place has better ice cream. Home made in house. Just delicious!! Coffee was super delicious too!! I also tried samples of the mango sorbet and the strawberry lemonade sorbet. Pure deliciousness!! My favorite ice cream in all of Sioux falls. Bar none. Highly recommend. Prices are good too. A must try!!
