The place itself was really fun and unique. Tons of light and plants and vibes. It was amazing. That is where the good ends. The drinks were way too sweet and the espresso tasted burned. The food took way too long to come out, it didnt come out together, and was honestly on the bland side for taste. We probably waited 10 minutes for a ham and cheese croissant and then another 15 minutes for their breakfast sandwich. The lady taking our order was super friendly and helpful but the rest of the staff seemed short and not super happy. Maybe it was a fluke day but we were disappointed.

Amazing experience! The coffee was delicious and they offer a variety of specialty lattes with homemade seasonal syrups. Breakfast sandwich was very good as well. Best chocolate croissant I’ve ever had. Warm crispy flaky – literally perfect.
Atmosphere is lively but not overwhelming. Lots of seating vignettes for gathering in groups. Cafe services ends at 5 and then the place runs as a cocktail lounge.

This coffee shop is really nice and I would come back! They have a nice selection of espresso drinks available until 5pm, and after that they switch over to serving cocktails and other alcoholic beverages, which is such a fun touch. I was given an option for free refills too, which was really nice! The space itself is cute. It’s bright, spacious, and perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. They also have a small free parking lot (only about 4 spots), but most of the nearby parking is paid, so that’s something to keep in mind. Overall, it’s a great spot with a cool vibe and delicious drinks no matter the time of day!

Parlor is one of my favorite spots in Indy to hang out. Really kind staff, amazing drinks and food, and they often have great live music! There’s greenery all around the industrial style space and it’s open and social yet feels incredibly close and personal. If you’re seeing this review around the time it’s written, do yourself a favor and go get a Moon & Mallow. If you want a really cool craft cocktail, this is your place.

Came here to celebrate my 21st with a more chill vibe than a club. Sat down at the bar with my friend and Ally attended to us immediately. Everyone is so friendly, the vibe was absolutely perfect and I felt so welcomed and relaxed. Got the espresso martini and it was amazing, service was fast and again I cannot stress how great the atmosphere was. I can’t wait to come back during daytime hours for a coffee! Highly highly recommend! I will be coming back!

Sound ✅ (there are usually lots of people here but you are still able to talk and have a conversation. Also, I have Shazamed many a song here—the playlists are always great!)

Beautiful space and delicious coffee, i believe I had grandmas house latte and it was so good. The cookie was delicious but pricey. The baristas are a bit stand-offish very “too cool” to care vibes.

I’ve been here several times and always enjoy the seasonal coffee and cocktail menu. I love how thoughtfully decorated each drink is, and the atmosphere inside is very nice—the décor is definitely a highlight.
I was excited to try the Fireside Coffee; however, I found it overly sweet, with a bit too much bottled chocolate syrup. I personally prefer house-made syrups in both coffee and cocktails. I know Parlor uses a combination of premade and house-made syrups, but this drink didn’t quite hit the mark for me.
I will say that the staff can sometimes be slow or unfriendly, especially when it comes to cocktail service, which can have longer wait times. On this visit, when ordering the Fireside Latte, I asked if the Parlor-scented candle listed on the item menu was available for purchase. The staff member rolled her eyes and said no. When I asked if she had any idea when it might be back in stock, she responded no again, in an unfriendly tone.
This kind of service doesn’t happen every time, but it does occur occasionally. Overall, I would still recommend checking this place out for its unique drinks and nice atmosphere—just be aware that service may be slow or unfriendly at times.

absolutely loved the energy in this place!!! i’m newer to town (as of March 2025) and have tried finding a cool, relaxing but enthusiastic and charming coffee shop. i stumbled upon parlor from a little Google search and immediately adored it- even more with the employees. they were so kind, informative on specials + their favorite drinks that resemble what i also enjoy. i’m learning photography so my camera clicking capturing certain things there brought some smiles to the staff, even some customers that were studying or lingering. definitely will be coming back, my latte and matcha were a 10/10 & so was the chicken salad croissant. thank you all for being so welcoming and nice.

It’s a beautiful café with a great vibe, and I even promoted it on my Instagram because I genuinely liked the place. But I’m giving two stars because of how a rule was enforced. I’m traveling and needed to be online for a few hours, but a server interrupted to say I couldn’t use my laptop after 7 pm — even though the café was more than half empty.
I understand rules exist for a reason, but enforcing them rigidly when it’s quiet makes no sense. You’re turning away digital nomads and travelers who could be regular customers. Please consider applying this rule only when it’s crowded or on weekends — a little flexibility would go a long way.
