Ryan & Emma have knocked it out the park again! We were first introduced to their food by a friend at Avalon’s Halloween event where we ate their addictive Mac & Cheese and corn mochi waffle (hot, gooey, crunchy, soft, sweet, and salty y’all). We’ve been stalking them ever since and ate their amazing Ube waffle, & Cookies & Melk waffles. Their food is consistently delicious, has all the texturesand flavors that make every bite feel like an adventure. Super proud of the thoughtfulness behind their approach and execution. See you at Avalon Aglow!!!

5 stars are not enough! This was our first visit but it was definitely the first of many. We ordered a four waffle flight and it was divine. You can tell how carefully crafted every homemade ingredient is and the flavors are paired together so perfectly. The owner is insanely talented and he is an absolute sweetheart! I can’t recommend this place enough, go get yourself some cookie-stuffed waffles asap!!

I got the cookies n’ melk w/ a scoop of chocolate ice cream along with their seasonal waffle (I forget what it is called) w/ a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Both were really good and I enjoyed them. Portions are small so it’s not really a sharing size in my opinion

Ryan is magical! Everything he touches is gold. The corn mochi waffle is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. The coconut curry is the perfect amount of flavor and spice. You put your heart on a plate and it’s felt.

One of the major reasons we came to the Hall on 5th is because of The Parlor. This place has a lot of buzz around it, so we had to come and see what all the fuss was about. We got here, settled in with drinks and had our savory dishes.

Then it was time for dessert, and that magnificent mochi waffle thing with the popcorn associated with it. The only problem is that they were out of marshmallow fluff. That was a major bummer. It wasn’t too late in the day either.

What we did have was really good, though. I can tell that the finished product would absolutely have been unique and delicious enough to win best dessert in the country. The crispy exterior and the chewy interior, strong with corn/popcorn flavor, just lovely.

Overall, this was the crown jewel of the visit, and even though there was a major disappointment involved, it has left me hungry for more. I’ll be back.

On a slow weekday, with very little traffic. Wanted to try out one of the Waffles. Mentioned to the owner it was my first time, and immediately mentioned to me that he would make one fresh for me. I really appreciated that even on a slow day, he decided to make it fresh for me. It was really warm and sooo good. Thank you for the quality service!

15 dollars for a quarter of a waffle it is unreasonable. Literally a quarter of a 6 or 7 inches waffle.

The taste was good and the ice cream also okay.

I recently visited Parlor Waffle Kitchen, and it’s a true hidden gem. I had the purple sweet potato waffle, and it was absolutely delicious. The combination was perfection—sweet, but not overly so, and the flavors worked together beautifully. While the portion was small, it was the perfect size to satisfy my craving without all the extra calories.
What truly made my experience memorable, however, was the service. The chef provided top-notch service that was both professional and incredibly warm. I felt like I was being served by a longtime family friend, and it was truly heartwarming to know that this kind of personal, caring service still exists. I can’t wait to go back and try another one of their amazing creations.

I’m a very picky dessert person, but I’m absolutely falling in love with this place. Their waffle is on another level crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and you can smell that rich brown butter the moment it’s served. It’s perfectly balanced, not overly sweet. You can truly taste the passion and skill in every bite. The owner is a true master of sweetness. This place has completely won me over!
I got a corn mochi and Ube.

Parlor kitchen never disappoints and Ryan is amazing! So excited for them to have a permanent location where we can stop by and grab his delicious concoctions instead of searching for him at pop-ups. Get the corn mochi waffle!
