These donuts are so fluffy, soft, and delicious! The flavors are unique and fun, too. With all the toppings, you’d think everything would be way too sweet, but they aren’t, especially in comparison to national chains. All in all, a great experience!

I use to pass by this place all of the time and thought about stopping by as it looked intriguing and I have heard good things about how good the food was. However, after hearing from some friends of mine who are an LGBTQ couple that they were refused service without explanation by an employee working that afternoon, I will not be visiting this establishment. Based on what I was told, I truly feel that they were discriminated against. I would like to connect with the owner of this location to discuss this matter further and understand how this situation is being handled.

The food here is absolutely amazing! My review is not based on the food at all because I give it five stars. However, they really need to step up the atmosphere and experience. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. It was our first time there and the young lady working the drive through was blunt and to the point. Said we would have to come in and get the one item that wasn’t ready – mind you it was pouring down rain. Every drive through I’ve ever been through always bring the items to your car. When I asked if they could bring it out, she said “or you could come in and get it”. I knew she had no intention of bringing it to us. When I went in, drenched, I noticed it was cold and uninviting. She was still unfriendly. This place is going to fail or succeed based on the experience, not the food! If they could create a fun, funky vibe that made people want to be there and hang out, success will happen!! Hope they make some changes because the donuts are fabulous!!! The sweet and the savory!!!

Two of my four donuts were really, really dry. One was dry but at least the toppings were good. One was actually good all around, but one didnt even have all of the toppings.

It’s a quaint little shop where the lady behind the counter was incredibly friendly. The shop itself is clean and well-maintained, displaying merchandise from cups to hats and shirts. The wall decor, including a charming, ancient music box with a timeless appeal, is particularly interesting. We picked up a dozen donuts, ranging from Strawberry Shortcake, Churro, to Cookies and Cream, among others. While they are good, they are extremely sweet, making them perfect for a treat or a small gift. The only reason I gave the food a 4/5 was due to its overwhelming sweetness, but that’s just a personal preference.

Atmosphere and service were great. The people are very friendly. The donuts are extremely sweet. I’d recommend cutting in half or even fourths and sharing a friend. There are a lot of unique flavors to choose from and even have snacks for dogs.

The food was decent. I got the strawberry shortcake donut and I thought it was delicious. It was still good not warmed.
My husband got the maple bacon donut and the flavor was fine but definitely would have been elevated had it been warm. The bacon had gotten crunchy and the donut was stiff.
I feel like donuts that thick should have an option to be warmed.

This location has improved ever since Patricia has taken over as manager. The quality of donuts, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, everything. She has been working here for years and she even takes care of the Southlake location as well as I’ve seen her at both. Compliments to her and the staff she has put together.
