I had a great trip to Parlor Doughnuts! You have to give them a try! The doughnuts are baked fresh and they were even refreshing some on my visit. The staff here is super friendly and the store is really clean. We tried four different ones and everyone loved what ai picked out for them. You have to give this place a try!

Waited in line 15-20 minutes because they only have one person working. The poor worker would have to run to the back every time someone ordered a savory doughnut to start making it. You should have more than one person working on weekends! Doughnuts were great as always, but the service needs improvement.

The regular sweet donuts are fantastic, but the savory ones LOOK good on the menu, but when I received mine….they were BURNT. I don’t usually complain about food in restaurants(fear of kitchen payback), I either don’t order that item anymore or I just don’t go back.

Phenomenal decadent donut selection. These donuts are so crispy when you bite in but soft on the inside. If you’re wanting to try someplace new come here! They also have mini donut bites for the lighter side.

On my visit, I intended to purchase a half dozen of a specific donut flavor, only to be informed by the staff that I was limited to just two donuts per flavor—despite the fact that six of my desired flavor were visibly available. The explanation provided was utterly unacceptable: the limitation was purportedly due to “display” purposes, as certain flavors “aren’t selling.” This arbitrary restriction not only undermines customer satisfaction but also defies logic when the requested items are clearly in stock. Had I not driven across town specifically for your donuts, I would have walked out immediately.
This policy forced me to inconvenience my family by calling my children to select alternative flavors, only to discover that one of their preferred choices—French Toast—was unavailable.
