Modern and well put together, this spot offers a creative selection of both sweet and savory donuts. From indulgent options like French toast to bold combinations such as bacon chicken ranch, there’s something for every craving. They also have a nice variety of refreshing drinks to complement the menu.

I recently moved to the area and always wanted to check this place out! I have been here twice now within the past week for their breakfast donuts and savory. I love their coffee personally as well ! The staff is really sweet and quick service! I have enjoyed all the food I have tried. I’m surprised and highly recommend for people to check out!

Very clean looking interior. Service is friendly. The doughnuts are the best imo. It’s not your typical donut. The breading is fluffy with a crispy exterior. They have a great selection of toppings including campfire (s’mores), sandy beach (cinnamon roll), maple bacon, churro, peanut butter, strawberry shortcake and many more. If you have never tried their doughnuts, you are missing out!

I stood at the counter for well over 5 minutes not an employee to be seen. I said hello is anyone here, No response was given. Then I shouted a little louder ok that’s fine I guess yall don’t want my business as I was leaving someone came to the counter. The gentleman stated “what’s up” I then stated “oh so now that I said you don’t want my business you show up”. The gentleman then said “I didn’t hear you”. I said “what’s great customer service”. “No it’s fine I don’t need to do business with you”. He then said “ok”.
With such a cavalier attitude, Of unfriendly customers service. I personally would never do business with this location again.

Donut size significantly smaller.
I’ve arrived around 3 multiple times with absolutely no selection. Fine. I show up at 1:30 and still barely any selection. I understand they are popular but what is the point of staying open until 5? Today I’m even more upset as the bourbon caramel donuts I purchased are significantly smaller than usual. Blueberry hill next to them for reference. Every single one of the bourbon caramels (I bought 4) were smaller. These donuts are not cheap. I expect the size to say the same, consistent. I’m very disappointed. If this is the new size they are fazing into, I’m just going to have to try Daily Donuts in orange park.

I took my daughter for donuts today and they were pretty good. The selection was amazing and it’s difficult to choose a flavor which is a nice problem to have because they all look yummy! Don’t think of these as a typical donut as they are more like a croissant and on the thicker side. Definitely worth a stop in to check them out if you haven’t done so already. The only reason for giving 4 stars is that they serve them cold which was a disappointment as they would be much tastier if served warm considering the thickness.

Parlor Doughnuts offers up some of the absolute best in Jax. The texture is amazing. It’s like a croissant donut, so light and fluffy. It’s certainly different. The selection is pretty large, too.
Aside from the delicious donuts, they also have sausages biscuits and a couple other items. Their coffee is actually really good as well. We had the maple latte. It had good flavor and wasn’t overly sweet. They also have Keto donuts and vegan donuts.
This is a fairly new location. It’s next to Pearle Vision. There is plenty of parking, so it’s easy to access. Overall this is a great Parlor location.

First time here, and walking in smelled delicious. Service was A+, our server Sarah W. was very helpful in recommending what to enjoy and even told us of the upcoming seasonal lattes that we should try. Very clean and refreshing atmosphere. The lavender oatmilk coffee was amazing and my favorite mini doughnut has to be the coconut cream filled. I will definitely make a return trip for the holiday lattes.

Modern yet comfortable with an open atmosphere and comfortable seats. Superb service with friendly staff. DELICIOUS food. It’s definitely up there on costs for donuts, but they are unique to the area and truly yummy. The specialty drink I got was really good and the perfect temperature.
