Absolutely unforgettable experience I can’t stop thinking about when I go back there’s just so much more I didn’t get to do. I had a blast very fun environment and very nice. Alot bigger than I had expected, very impressed. I really can’t wait to see what the future has in store for when I go back for more. Now if only 1 of the 2 Rarri’s parked in the lobby was a prize or even an opportunity to drive in the parking lot would be exceptional, I wonder who they belong to or what they are even doing there??????

Everything on the menu is a 10. The pizza so good, steaks are spot on. Some actual “steakhouses” don’t come close to the food being served here. Steaks are so yummy perfectly cooked and drinks are to die for. Kudos to whoever runs this place, great food great atmosphere. Great selection of IPA’s and Guinness is the best I’ve ever tried anywhere. Keep up the good work. Great place for dessert!

I love the Bicycle Casino! The poker room is awesome and always seems to have good action. I only play poker there, but they also have Blackjack, Pai Gow, double hand poker and 3-card poker. Great food at a variety of restaurants inside, plus you can get food delivered to your table while you play.

From host to waitress the experience was great. Everyone was friendly attentive. But the stars here were the drinks and food. Prices were reasonable for the quality and amount of food you get. The Nachos were AMAZING!!

Food takes too long now. Its frozen or raw. We ordered a well done steak and it was raw. Chicken wings were chewy and even the carrot sticks had moisture of being thawed out. It use to be a great place to eat as Bell Gardens Bicycle club, they even had dancing classes and you could see boxing matches in the theater room. The food is most likely microwave food. My server 15335 is horrible as she ignored tables and disappeared. In terms of food, Parkwest destroyed the restaurant part

I keep meaning to make this review. I will never return here. The waitresses were slow and rude and when I asked for a manager to complain for not even bringing my drinks for over an hour , the manager told me to try another restaurant because they preferred to serve men instead because “they tip better” . I’ve never felt so humiliated in my life. I left with my whole group on a Thursday for brunch time .

I stopped by the Bike Brewery inside Bicycle Casino in the morning after gambling, just looking to grab a beer and a snack. Unfortunately, the waitresses were too busy on their smart watches to bother taking my order. The lack of attention and service was so disappointing that I left early and decided I won’t be returning to the casino. Poor staff experience ruined the visit.

Title: Disgusting and Traumatizing Stay – DO NOT BOOK HERE
I don’t usually write reviews like this, but this experience was so disturbing I feel obligated to warn others.
I checked into Parkwest Bicycle Casino Hotel a few months back and was absolutely horrified to find BLOOD on the bed sheets and in the bathroom. Let that sink in—blood, in a supposedly clean hotel room. It was revolting, and made me question the safety and hygiene of the entire place.
When I brought this up to the staff, I was met with complete indifference. No apology. No urgency. Just attitude and unprofessionalism, as if I was inconveniencing them by pointing out something completely unacceptable. Not only did they not fix the problem, they made me feel like I didn’t matter. The front desk told me they only clean the room after 3 days of stay this was my first night there. After calmly telling the guy in front desk to please clean the room which they didn’t they took the bed sheet off and threw it on the couch which grossed me out even more. The 2nd day I went and spoke to the manger her name was Dulce. Which was even worse because you could tell she was very unintelligent she first offered me a free stay which I happily declined I told her she couldn’t even pay me to stay here then she promised me money back which till this day I’ve never received. This was a gruesome experience the staff could barely speak or comprehend English.
I felt unsafe, disrespected, and sick to my stomach. I couldn’t sleep there another minute. I left early and will NEVER come back!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This was more than a bad experience—it was traumatizing. I strongly urge anyone reading this: STAY AWAY from Parkwest Bicycle Casino Hotel. No one deserves to go through what I did.
