I was ordering a regular meat lovers slice and they introduced me to the Stuffed Pizza. Steak, Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Onions, so good!!! Get here wile they are still open they close on 11/18/2025, I’m very sad to see a gem like this close.

Came in tonight and walked in the entrance to the smell of nasty smell. The two ladies were loud as hell and one of the ladies was drinking a bud light at the front counter. also while talking to us. Service was awful. Food was dry, cold, and burnt. Soda didn’t taste like the right soda. Was getting nasty glares from the ladies working the front counter. A guy came around the back and was also drinking beer at the front counter. Awful place to eat. Won’t be back! Lots of better pizza places to eat that give amazing food! Dumped our food in the trash and got laughed at.

I had walked in to get a pizza the other day and there were a few things that were clearly wrong at the establishment. 1. The owner always seems to have a beer in hand like com on dude go to AA. 2. The shorter lady at the front counter was extremely rude while we waited and was clearly on her phone the whole time. 3. The pizza just sucked man like 1/10 pizza. Would rather eat at Mondello’s, they actually know how to cook a pizza and their owner doesn’t have a drinking problem. Only one thing was 5/5 stars…. and that was the bathrooms. Like they were the cleanliest restrooms in all of Cheyenne so there’s that.

Our experience at Parkway Pizza was unacceptable from start to finish. We paid upfront, then waited over an hour for our food, only to find out they had completely forgotten to put our order in.
To make matters worse, we were told their card reader froze, so we paid cash — but I later discovered my debit card had been charged twice on top of the cash payment. When I went back to sort it out, the staff and even the manager appeared to be under the influence, slurring their words and acting completely unprofessional.
They refused to refund the extra charges to my card and took no responsibility for the mistake. No apology, no urgency — just a total mess.
This place has seriously gone downhill. I used to be a loyal customer, but I won’t be coming back. Avoid Parkway Pizza if you value your time, money, or sanity.

love the new renovation! unfortunately, under the new management the pizza just isn’t the same. it’s not BAD but deeply mediocre and the presentation leaves much to be desired. i’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. kinda like someone just threw a handful of meat on top as an afterthought. not impressed and won’t be back.

I ordered four slices of pizza to go. I ate one slice and threw the others out. Cold, stale crust and I can’t even explain the cheese topping or what was supposed to be sausage.
Try cleaning the fish tank you have on the take out counter. It’s disgusting. Overall the atmosphere was very unprofessional and dirty.
I haven’t been to Parkway Pizza for a few years but it was at one time the best in town.

The owner made it right and delivered it too as I am a trucker getting repairs

Where to start! Waited 45 MINUTES for 2 pizzas while 6 other people got served first. My kids got to see a male worker playing with a female workers boobs! Real good lesson there. Finally drinking on the job, you can see where priorities are with the people who work there. Will never return and wasted $65!

Pizza and garlic cheese bread were delicious. We really loved the Buffalo chicken pizza. And the customer service was amazing. They were so friendly and helpful with our big group.
