Excellent meal, service and evening. The restaurant was packed but the sound level was subdued and the service was so quiet! That takes effort! The scallops, crab cakes and lamb shank were all winners. Cauliflower and scalloped potatoes are must have sides. This is a top notch restaurant!

Everyone in our family party enjoyed their steaks, which was impressive. All the steaks were 20yrs+ aged. Service was great on refilling hot waters to more. $8 valet takes credit card or cash. I think this steakhouse is worth revisiting for our family.

My senior dad who is pretty picky with his steak, actually ate all of his. Forgot what he got but he like how tender it was. The SO thought his 40day NY Steak was decent but nothing that great. Rest of the party thought it was good. None of the bread was dairy-free. Many ppl in our party enjoyed the bread with raisins.

The reason we picked this place was due to being in Pasadena, not overly loud like other places, and decent. Also, they surprisingly had a last minute cancellation dinner reservation a week before. Bare in mind, this is the Saturday before Xmas so it’s a busy night. A family member works in the area and tried all the steakhouses for work, and tried this place to RSVP.

My recent visit to The Parkway Grill in Pasadena was truly exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the elegant atmosphere and sophisticated décor. The dim lighting, crisp linens, and refined ambiance set the tone for a special evening.

But what truly stole the show was the incredible cuisine. We indulged in the succulent lobster, which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The portion was generous, and the presentation was stunning.

And don’t even get me started on the desserts! The decadent chocolate cake was rich, velvety, and utterly divine. Each bite was a masterclass in texture and flavor.

Throughout our meal, the service was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our server expertly guided us through the menu, offering spot-on recommendations and ensuring that our glasses were always full.

Overall, I highly recommend The Parkway Grill to anyone seeking a refined and indulgent dining experience. With its exceptional cuisine, elegant atmosphere, and top-notch service, this restaurant is sure to impress even the most discerning palates.

Our second time having dinner here! Definitely a special place to bring your loved ones and enjoy a meal together. Service is impeccable and they make you feel welcomed. Our waiter and his team were attentive, courteous and genuinely hospitable. The staff, the food and the elegant atmosphere all made for another memorable experience for us!

Disappointed!. Parkway Grill and Arroyo Chop house have always been my preferred place for a great meal and service and have never been disappointed. Unfortunately on 11/23/25 that wasn’t the case, server was okay at best. Slow and inattentive , not to bash her too much. Food was not as described by the server, halibut dish with pistachio crust. Never had an issue with the steaks, not this time. Not seared , lacked seasoning and taste. I’m not to leave a bad review, but I did reach out in a private message to management without a response. I guess we know what the problem is now, such a big disappointment!

Fantastic on all metrics. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious, and the interior design and ambiance is next level. Perfect for date night or any special occasion. The staff are great and super friendly. I wanted to step out during dinner to watch the Falcon 9 from Vandenberg, and they were very accommodating. Parking lot is valet only. Overall highly recommended!

Absolutely delicious food with 16 of us in a side room. Sadly and this was the only bad thing, there were 16 of us, and two other groups, four and 8, so loud when alcohol is involved.
Ok, so now the service, AMAZING waiter, staff. Food danged good. The beet salad, refreshing, and the Tiger shrimp, amazing, although my scallops were a bit dry, perhaps frozen before? The branzino, $56, boneless, poached, and delicious.

Old fashioned was good. My Hubby’s martinis perfect with earrings. His rum cake, not rum cake, and a little dry. My desert, the lava cake, was dry in the center, however when I told the waiter, the kitchen sent a brand new one with the proper lava! Delicious. Overall a good dining experience. $360 for two of us maybe not, but good enough.

Beautiful old fashioned restaurant, elegant, table clothed. The server very attentive and well mannered. We ordered the crab cakes, persimmon salad, iberico jamon plumage, the pasta bolognese, and Chilean sea bass especial. Everything was good. Some details to note; the salad had and excess of dressing, the crab cakes slightly over cooked. The main courses were very good. The best rendition of a more traditional dishes. It is pricey but has a nice environment and good service.

Service is absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere is also lovely. It’s clear why this restaurant is a popular choice for celebrating special occasions. The food, however, lacks a little bit of the wow factor you would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. Still a great meal, though.
