The staff overall is very rude, the girl who answers the phone always has an attitude when I try to place an order. I asked her to read my order back to me to make sure that it was correct because it was a big order that had certain exclusions due to allergies and what not, and instead of doing what I asked, she said “I wrote down everything you said, that’s a waste of time.” Another instance I had with this place, they forgot something in my order that I was charged for and instead of the woman being apologetic and helpful, she was very rude (older woman). It’s almost as if these people have a daily goal to be rude to customers. The food is usually good, but significantly overpriced. Everyone who works there needs a crash course on how to speak to people, especially if they’re going to charge an arm and a leg to eat there.

First time here, last time here. Set a table to find out from another customer that you have to get up and place an order got up place the order went to pay for it. Do you have a blonde lady there telling me to wait then proceeds to tell a table of three customers that they shouldn’t be sitting where they’re sitting really nasty, and in front of other customers very unprofessional Then comes back does my order I explained I want cream cheese she said they’re gonna give it to you. They don’t give it to me that I got to get told that I have to order it that way and I etc. all those for a bagel and cream cheese breakfast wasn’t all that maybe five pieces of feta cheese in a Greek omelette Bronx bagel is awesome Bagel 18th St. bagel awesome bagel. These bagels needed a little more salt at all and I will not come back.

Ok so I go at 1pm on a Sunday to grab some bagels..I knows its late, but they are open till 3pm…they are completely out of bagels..when asked if more were coming..the response I get is…..we only make bagels in the morning for the day, when we are out we are out…well that just told me they really aren’t fresh later on…… Bronx bagels here is come!

Went there for first time with a friend. I was immediately treated like family and was introduced by name to all the employees. They were kind, funny, and the bagels were terrific. Freshly ground coffee was great too. I would highly recommend this place.
