Great brisket and pulled pork! We had them cater an event at work and it was a huge hit. The cornbread muffins were delicious! We also got the potato salad and baked beans as side options and they went fast!

The evening started out not so great. Upon arrival the dinning area was relatively empty but we were asked to wait 5-10 min. I understand it was to delegate customers equally to servers but it feels like there should be a better way. The two girls at the front were laughing and giggling among themselves, hopefully not on the clock but it seemed they were doing take out orders. We almost left during this wait but I was hungry and really wanted brisket.
I ordered the texas brisket plate with a side salad and apples, hubby ordered wings and sweet potato fries. The food was really good, it came out in a timely manner. The corn muffin was delicious even though I wouldnt recommend the apples. But who cares about apples, the main course was on point.
The highlight of the evening and what turned this review from a 3 to a 5 was our server. Lance, I pretty sure that was his name. He was absolutely great, he did everything he could make sure we enjoyed our experience and I highly appreciate him.

Went on a Tues around 3pm. No one was in there. Ordered wings, half eaten pictured and Chicken fried steak. Food was ok, their bbq was nothing special. chicken fried steak was mostly batter and fell off when cut into. Looks good in the picturw

I was surprised by how cozy and clean the interior was, considering the somewhat dated signage out front. Tried the brisket dinner and a giant onion flower with my husband and we both enjoyed everything. Service was great, too.

The food is great. Just be aware if you have a gluten intolerance or an allergy this is not the place for you. Their website states they offer a gluten free menu upon request. Right at the top it says that brisket and pork was treated with a dry rub that contains gluten but that they don’t reapply it which is their practice. So the meat is contaminated. They served “my gluten free” order of brisket atop a slice of regular bread and the normal side of regular corn muffins. Also the waitress asked if I wanted gravy…they clearly don’t understand what gluten is. Which is fine. Sensitive folks need to understand this won’t be the place for you.

Got there about 530 and it wasn’t too busy. By the time we left, there was a waiting list to be seated. The food was delicious and there was plenty to eat. Deserts were excellent all around and the wait staff was very friendly and helpful to all of our questions. Some really neat pictures on the walls and the old license plates were fun to look at.

Food is nothing to be proud of especially if you get sick after spending almost 80$ for 2 people (without drinks). You are better off going to Texas roadhouse or cheddars. Called and spoke to a manager who didn’t not seem to care about our terrible experience. Truly the biggest waste of money I’ve spent on food and I won’t let anyone I know ever make the same mistakes here, parker’s is not worth your time or money. Thank you for showing no effort to correct your mistakes or caring about your guests

We had Parker’s cater a party and the food was spectacular! The woman who set us up was wonderful too. She was right on time and was very helpful and did a great job setting up. Everyone was so happy with the food. It was AWESOME BBQ!

What can I say I love this place. The portions are large and very tasty. The service was fast and friendly and the food was very tasty. One of the few good places in Lincoln to get decent BBQ.
