Holy wow. I’m from the south- Arkansas/Louisiana area. So living in Marion, Indiana I had assumed that food like this didn’t exist here. I’m super excited to have been wrong! Great portion size, great flavor— will 100% be back.

Marion, IN stand up! I have found my go to fish spot. From ordering my food to picking it up, the experience was top notch. Ordered the Swai basket with no salt on the fries and OMG! I don’t usually eat hush pups but theirs with hot sauce is wonderful. I also felt seen as a Texan in Indiana because they serve Texas toast, which is great for making a Swai wrap with hot and tartar sauce. Definitely coming back!

1st time customers but it won’t be the last we visit. We called in a takeout order of 2 different boils. The gal on the phone was very nice/pleasant, as was everyone when we picked up. Even after a 30 min drive home, the food held up great and was delicious! It’s not an upscale joint, but rather a casual appearance and decor.

We took a chance on this spot and absolutely loved it! Seriously, don’t let the outside or location scare you away—this is a genuine hidden gem. The food is phenomenal, especially the awesome, lightly breaded shrimp (where you can actually taste the shrimp!). We also loved the seasoned fries, hush puppies, and both the catfish and swai. The people who work here are very nice, and we will definitely be back for more.

My husband had been wanting to try it. They were out of his first choice of fish but he said it was good. My chicken bites were so over cooked I couldn’t even eat half of them. I know- why are you getting chicken at a seafood place? I don’t eat seafood but my husband loves it.
Hush puppies were good. Owner & staff were very nice. He would go back and try more.

We have been to Parker’d a few times now over the last year. It is a destination drive for us on our motorcycles, down from Wabash/Lagro area. It is DEFINITELY worth the drive from out of town! If you love downhome seafood cooked yo perfection…this place is it! The food takes a little while longer to get to the table, but it is completely worth the wait. Getting a really good Po-boy sandwich in Indiana is almost impossible. The fries are crispy and well seasoned, and their sauce is amazing to pour on everything. Trust me…Get a side of the corn & potatoes & sausage & an egg! It is affordable, and will make you say, “oh so good!”!
