The sandwiches and pizza here are fantastic—everything tastes incredibly fresh. They have a great selection, and the portions are very generous for the reasonable prices.
The service deserves a special shout-out. Even with a fair amount of people waiting, my food came out relatively quickly.
The only significant drawback is the parking. There’s very little space in the outside lot, and street parking is equally tough when it’s busy. Plan accordingly!
Absolutely worth a visit for the quality and value, but be prepared for a tight parking situation.

Stopped by on my to a project Pennsylvania, grabbed the Waldwick Warrior for lunch, and the Chicken Frances and South Beach Chicken Salad for supper. Decided to stop by again on Friday on my way back for the Italian Hero and some potato salad.
The Chicken Frances, South Beach Chicken Salad and the Italian Hero were really good. The Waldwick Warrior was freaking awesome but the potato salad was killer. It is better than the potato salad I make.

Tasty sandwiches, very fair prices for 2025/2026; fresh mozz always hits; house made rice pudding always delicious!
Always go here 1-2x a month for a “Francesca” or “JET” or “East Glen Ave” so never really tried their a la carte food, but the displays always look good too! Can’t beat the house made chicken cutlets either; great spot

Drove here to eat all the way from Maryland after seeing the YouTube shorts. Both sandwiches were absolutely amazing, fresh, and delicious. I think my favorite part was the chicken cutlet. For the price you get so much food! The owner, Roger, is such a great and kind man and has wonderful energy and vibes. Can’t wait to visit again in the future!

Park Wood Deli is an absolute gem in Midland Park, NJ. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted like family by the one and only “Deli Guy”—and trust me, the hype is real! My friend and I even got to hop behind the counter and help make one of their legendary sandwiches, which was such a fun and memorable experience.
The food is made with so much love—literally. The Deli Guy’s 83-year-old mom still helps cook, and you can taste that homemade goodness in every bite. The sandwiches are top-notch and the pizza is incredible too!
This place has such a loyal following, people travel from all over just to eat here. We even met someone who flew in from Texas and made it a point to stop by!

I recently saw a YouTube video of “The Deli Guy” making the BRONX BOMBER and I was hooked. Park Wood Deli is 30 minutes from me, and is WELL worth the trip. Some may say it is silly for me to pass over a dozen delis on my way to Park Wood, but the sandwiches are definitely worth it. I ordered a few sandwiches and shared them with some veteran NJ eaters, and they loved it! It was great meeting Rodger and I plan on making the trip for more decadent sandwiches in the future. LETS GO YANKEES!

The absolute best! Not only is the food top notch, but the people even better! We’ve had everything from their pizza for catering, to the sandwiches, and everything is amazing! We had Parkwood Deli cater the pizza for our grand opening and the people are still talking about how good the pizza was! Stop in and tell the Deli Guy Postal Pete sent you!

Getting the chance to stop by Parkwood was a treat. I was helped very quickly and was delivered with one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in my life.
I ordered the NY Jet (even though I’m a born and raised Lions fan.) The chicken cutlets were nice and thin and you can tell handmade with love. Everything was very fresh and high quality!
The head honcho The Deli Guy was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me instantly feel like I’ve been a regular for decades. The whole Parkwood team was very hospitable and got me in and out quickly on my lunch break.
Definitely glad I went out of my way to stop by and see The Deli Guy. Next time I’m back in the area I will be sure to stop by Parkwood again, and will bring friends!

Got a 16 in pizza and a couple sandwiches.. This is NOT a fast food sandwich joint. This is the real deal. Ingredients that mesh perfectly. Salivating thinking about. After the first bite. Oh hello that is delicious. Immediately taking second and third bite. Now I know what heaven tastes like. Fricken DELICIOUS! 10 out of 10! And the prices are wicked reasonable. Pizza has perfect combination of crust sauce and cheese. Feels like an old school Mom and Pop shop cause it is. Not what you find in Bergen county anymore. The Staff are super friendly and efficient. Do not skip this place. This is not just another Delhi, does it all right. Totally worth it
