Approaching the property, it’s right on the corner of a busy intersection at Monroe and 10th Street. I was dropped off in front and hopped out quickly. I didn’t immediately see a front door, so I made my way toward the back of the property. There, I noticed their parking lot with an attendant on duty. A sign showed parking was $20, and I assumed it was cash only. I was there for a watch party, and Atlanta Falcons stuff was everywhere. A huge “Rise Up” sign was in the back, cheerleaders mingled with the crowd, and Freddie the Falcon was already running around causing trouble. I entered the back patio area and spotted my friend. There was plenty of seating both inside and outside. We grabbed a table in a prime spot surrounded by TVs, with a great view of the fall colors in Piedmont Park right outside. The radio personality kept things moving with raffles throughout the day, and a DJ played all the hits outside. This was my first visit to Park Tavern, and I’m not even sure what the inside looks like, or if there is one, but I’ll definitely be back. It’s in a perfect location, right on the edge of the park and just a short walk to the BeltLine.

Excellent experience hosting our Christmas party here. The venue looked fantastic and everything went perfectly. Special shout out to Lauren for being such a pleasure to work with on the scheduling side, and Josh Morris for being an excellent host during the event. We love the consistency here and will definitely be back!

I enjoyed their chicken tacos. They also have Friday night chess events which is what I like. Prices are ok too though drinks are a bit much to be honest and parking can be a bit tricky too. But, overall, my experience was quite nice.

Ice skating was fun! Ice wasn’t the best. And wish we had access to the bar without having to take skates off but overall good. They used to have sushi and servers, wish they would bring that back! But there’s always good food

Great vibe, wings are good, and the staff is great. Unfortunately, we had to deal with an unruly, drunk guy watching the Texas/Texas A&M game, but that was just him, not the establishment…..the security stepped in and put him in his place quickly.

Visited Park Tavern for the first time and had a mixed experience. If you’re not familiar with the area, parking can be tricky–I almost turned down the wrong entrance, had to loop back around, and ended up parking by the park and walking across the street. Pro tip: the entrance to the venue is at the bottom level, not where you’d think.

The greeter at the front lacked energy, borderline uninterested, but he answered our questions directly. The staff taking our order were much friendlier, although one server completely ignored my “have a great evening” as we were leaving–not a huge deal, but definitely noticeable.

They had a chess tournament going on, which was actually pretty cool, and it was even up on the big screen.

Now for the downsides:
* The tuna in my bowl was super pink–fine for me, but servers should ask guests how they prefer it prepared.
* My fiancée’s salmon was dry and overcooked.
* Bathrooms need serious attention. I don’t know what happened in that stall, but I left with something on the bottom of my shoes and could still smell it on the ride home–and that’s something I’ll never forget.

There’s potential here, and the vibe is unique, but a little more attention to detail would go a long way.

Park Tavern was awesome! The ambiance was amazing.. The food was your average bar food, nothing too fancy. I loved how many people were dog people and how many people brought their dogs.

The patio dining area had water bowls for the puppies. You order at the bar and then you pick up inside the restaurant. The restaurant is magical with fairy lights from top to bottom.

Loved the vibes. Stopped here after a long bike ride on the belt line. Got a pomegranate cider — so tasty a little sour but nothing too crazy. The food looked good totally will be going back
