My boyfriend took me here for my birthday dinner. While the presentation was stunning, the meal itself was a major letdown. I ordered the Osso Buco, but the meat was so incredibly tough and chewy that it was actually inedible—I had to send it back. For a dish at that price point, I expected it to be fall-off-the-bone tender.
I ended up ordering the Thai Burger, which was fine, but honestly didn’t feel like a good value compared to local spots like Mad Cow. To add to the frustration, our appetizers arrived before our drinks. While the spinach artichoke dip was a highlight, the overall experience didn’t live up to the birthday occasion. I likely won’t be returning.”

We found it so nice to have this place across the parking lot from our hotel room, after a long drive in from Florida. The food was exceptional, and the service was pretty decent as well.

I went here for a nice steak dinner. I got a so-so steak dinner. I ordered the filet medium rare. It came out medium well and chewy/tough. It also didn’t look like any filet I’ve ever seen. It was thinner and wider, like a regular steak. But small.

The manager (I assume) immediately came over when she noticed my face after I cut into it. She agreed it was overcooked and took it away.

Meanwhile, the bartender had put in my dessert order when my food came out, because it was getting close to closing time. I guess she didn’t think to tell them to hold it, because low and behold, here it comes before my dinner came back out. The food runner and bartender kind of looked at me like yep, you ordered it. I stressed that I hadn’t even had my dinner yet. It was (allegedly) molten chocolate lava cake with ice cream, so it couldn’t really just sit there. She finally asked if I wanted her to take it back until I ate dinner. Yes, please.

The second steak came out and the cook was perfect. I did get a lot of asparagus (like 10-15 large ones) for my side. Dessert was a little disappointing because there was no liquid in the middle of the chocolate cake. Idk if that’s because they kept it warm for me, or if it was like that from the get-go. It was tasty, tho! I don’t think I’d return, but everyone was really nice.

This is a great place for a girls night! We had the best service, food and cocktails. Kyle the manager even checked in to see if we were doing ok and that was much appreciated Keep up the good work!

Had a wonderful time!! Great place for a date. I got the avocado toast and my date got the chicken pesto dish—the latter was a STUNNER. The Avocado toast was pretty good too! Got some perfectly cooked eggs on the side too. They also finished up the meal with this really nice mousse shot thing that was DEEEELISH.

The food was good, it was a different twist on some of the stuff we got. Not terribly priced either. The only issue was, they had no hostess this night and our server was picking up the slack. So in turn this caused us to have to wait on our drinks for a very extended period of time. At one point I went to the bar to just grab our drinks because they had been sitting there for about 10mins. Again, I’m not trying to put the blame on our server, she was doing the best that she could. And it was getting real busy since Mizzou football just ended so it got VERY busy.

I have been here twice within the past couple weeks, both of which were with bigger groups. I love the dining environment as it is very modern, spacious and welcoming. The food’s quality is fairly good as well. I did order the Ramen Noodle for the first time and it was a bit of disappointment as the pork was hard to chew and the noodles were a little bit soggy. My friends all got their food and they were all pretty tasty it seemed like. The second time I was here we ordered some shrimp tacos, scallops, pasta, a bulgogi sandwich and other food items. The server was super thoughtful as she knew the sandwich was for our kids to split, and the sandwich halves were already split onto 2 plates when they were served. The desserts were also really good. They even had just an ice cream scoop option. I was kinda surprised about that. Overall, relaxing and inviting dining environment and food is pretty good, though they are within a somewhat pricey range.

It has become very evident that this restaurant operates primarily on the strength of its staff rather than the leadership behind it. Bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff consistently demonstrate professionalism and care that do not appear to be matched at the management level.

From a customer perspective, ownership seems largely disconnected from day-to-day operations, while decisions that affect service flow, consistency, and overall atmosphere feel imposed from the top down. These choices often prioritize control over efficiency, creating avoidable strain that is visible on the floor.

The frequent turnover among both management and front-of-house staff is noticeable and disruptive, with roles and procedures changing abruptly and without clear communication. This lack of continuity directly impacts the dining experience.

Ultimately, the restaurant succeeds because of the people working on the floor, not because of its leadership. Anyone choosing to support this business should understand where the real effort and accountability lie.
